Position: Training Process Member

Experience: Someone who started as a software developer with at least 2 years of software development experience in preferably Java

Qualification: BTECH/BE/MCA

Skills Required:

1.Clarity on OOPS
2.Familiarity with any one server-side dev language, preferably Java
3.Good to great professional skills including communication, interpersonal, problem solving & presentation skills
4.Should be a team player
5.Should be able to do code reviews

Essential to have:

1.High and proven coordination skills to manage a team of 50 LDP members
2.Passionate about mentoring
3.Ability to handle pressure

Responsibilities:

1.Work closely with the Training Process Owner
2.Go through our entire LMS and understand the different L&D tracks
3.Liaise with the functional team in assessing trainees
4.Track and monitor performance of all trainees
5.Monitor records of all training activities maintained by HRBPs
6.Attend team meetings and provide feedback on trainee’s process & progress

Currently, for our Hyderabad, India development centre, we are looking for Senior Full Stack Developers.

Position: Senior Full Stack Developers

Experience: 3-8 Years of ZeMoSo Equivalent experience

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: BTECH/BE in CSE or equivalent

Skills Required:

• Server-side development mainly in Java. If your server-side development
experience is in Python that also works
• UI-side development mainly in React. JS. If your UI-side development
experience is mainly in Angular.JS OR Polymer.JS OR Ember.JS, that is
also fine
• Exposure to Data Platforms (Cassandra, Spark, Kafka) will be a plus
• Exposure to Machine Learning (Tensorflow) will be a plus
• Good to great problem solving and communication skill
• Ability to deliver in an extremely fast paced development environment
• Ability to handle ambiguity
• Should be a good team player
