Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel stay.

Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the hotel.

A clear understanding of the hotel's business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.

Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.

Identify corporate business clients and convert them into sales.

Represent Hotels in various events and exhibitions.

Education:

3-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration or Marketing or Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.

Experience:

3 to 4 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.

Females are preferred.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills.

Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitable personality.

Documenting accurate and timely financial transactions by entering account information
Reconciling account balances and bank statements
Maintaining general and subsidiary ledgers
Preparing payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
Processing of transaction related to accounts payable and receivables
Substantiating financial transactions by auditing documents.
Maintaining accounting controls by adhering to policies and procedures.
Maintaining financial security by following internal controls
Assist in preparation of TDS and income tax returns
Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by adhering to policies and systems set
Proper documentation of important paper of bank & other important paper of office
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
