A release wave is not product news. It is a change program.

The release notes tell you what is becoming available.

They do not tell you what your organisation should enable, how an existing process will be affected, which users need preparation, whether integrations need regression testing, or who will support the change after rollout.

Those are implementation decisions.

For enterprise teams, every meaningful platform change should move through a deliberate loop:

Assess the impact.

Test the behaviour.

Decide what matters.

Prepare users and operations.

Adopt with control.

Support what goes live.

Otherwise, organisations can accumulate features faster than they accumulate readiness.

The objective is not to consume every release.

It is to turn the right capabilities into reliable business change.

22 years are not built in a day.

They are built through thousands of decisions, challenges overcome, milestones reached, people who stayed the course, and teams that continued to believe in what could come next.

This year, we celebrated that journey 22gether. 🧡

Osmosys Annual Day 2026 brought our people together for an evening that was as much about looking back with pride as it was about celebrating the people shaping what lies ahead. With Srinivas Medida, Dinesh Madireddy and Madhavi Kolagani joining the celebrations, the evening also reflected the leadership, shared vision and people-first spirit that have been integral to the Osmosys journey.

🏆 Garuda Awards celebrated contribution and impact.
🏆 Pegasus Awards recognised ownership and the drive to keep moving forward.
🏆 Unicorn Awards honoured exceptional performance that stood apart.
🏆 And the Chairman Award went to the THD Team, led by Jaswanth, recognising an outstanding collective achievement.

We also had the privilege of recognising our long-serving Osmosees with Service Certificates, celebrating the years, commitment and memories they have added to the Osmosys story.

And once the awards were done, the celebration truly took over, games, laughter, food, music, dance and plenty of moments that reminded us that some of the best company milestones are really people milestones.

22 years. Countless stories. One team.

On 17 August 2026, the doors opened, the desks came alive, and our new corporate office officially began its first working day with the people who will give this space its real meaning.

After months of planning, preparation and anticipation, seeing our teams walk in, settle at their desks, explore the new workplace and begin working together made the milestone feel complete.

There were the expected first-day moments, finding new corners, setting up workspaces, catching up with colleagues and getting accustomed to a different view.

But there was something more significant beneath all of it.

This is a space designed for the next phase of our journey, one where conversations can happen more freely, teams can collaborate more closely, ideas can move faster, and people have an environment that grows alongside their ambitions.

Over the past 22+ years, Osmosys has evolved across technologies, products, customers and geographies. Our new company-owned office is another reflection of that progress, but what happens inside it from here will matter far more than the building itself.

Because offices are built with walls, desks and meeting rooms.

Workplaces are built by people.

And on Day 1, our people began making this one their own.

Here’s to the first conversations, the first ideas, the first wins, and all the memories still to be created at the New Home of Osmosees.

A new home. A milestone 22 years in the making. 🧡

On 16 August 2026, we marked an important chapter in our journey with a traditional pooja at our new company-owned corporate office at EON Hyderabad by Navanaami, Financial District, Hyderabad.

The occasion marked more than just a move to a new workplace. It reflected how far we have come, the people who have shaped this journey, and our confidence in what lies ahead.

Over the past 22+ years, we have strengthened our capabilities across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, AI, SaaS products, custom web and mobile solutions, integrations, and managed services, supporting clients across multiple geographies.

Reflecting on the milestone, Srinivas Medida, Chairman, shared:

“Moving into our own office is a very proud moment for all of us at Osmosys. It reflects the journey we have undertaken over the past 22 years and our confidence in the future. This office marks the beginning of our next phase of growth, innovation and collaboration.”

Designed to encourage collaboration, innovation, learning, and employee engagement, our new workplace will serve as an important hub as we deepen our focus on AI-led solutions, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation, while continuing to expand across global markets alongside our presence in the UK and Canada.

Our people will continue to be at the heart of that growth.

As Dinesh Madireddy, COO, shared, "the new office provides our teams with an environment to collaborate more effectively, innovate, and create greater value for our customers as we move into the next phase of our growth."

Some beginnings deserve to be marked with gratitude. 🪔

As we step into our new home, we began this chapter with a traditional pooja, seeking blessings for the people, ideas and possibilities that will make this space come alive.

From the rituals and the lighting of the lamp to everyone coming together for the occasion, the morning was a meaningful reminder that a workplace is ultimately shaped by the people who fill it with purpose.
