The step wise procedure for Australian student visa is mentioned below:
1. We receive an enquiry for a student (enquiry form is attached) along with necessary documents (academics, IELTS/PTE scorecard, work experience letters, passport, etc).
2. We suggest university options to the student based on his course and location preferences and his
3. Thereafter, we will receive application of the student. We will brief the student about interview procedure (interview to be conducted by the Australian institutions) and submit his application to the institution/university (documents required to apply in Australian Universities are attached, list of expected questions and sample answers for the interview are attached)
4. We receive an offer letter from the university. (Turnaround time: 10 to 20 working days, depending on the institution).
5. We receive financial documents for the student from your end along with verification details, i.e., landline numbers of authorities who can verify the funds (list of financial documents asked by universities and list of acceptable funds are attached).
6. The financial documents are verified by us/the university by calling the numbers. Thereafter, we give payment approval/receive payment approval from the university (depending on the criteria of the university) once financial assessment is successfully completed.
7. Student pays off his tuition fees and OSHC (overseas health cover) and applies for a CoE (confirmation of enrolment, list of documents required to apply for CoE is attached).
8. Student receives his CoE. (Turnaround Time: 4 to 6 working days).
9. Student generates a HAP ID, sets up an appointment with a panel physician/clinic (link with list of physicians/clinics is attached) and undergoes health checkup.
10. We receive student’s visa file from your end, which is lodged within 2 working days (visa forms and list of documents required to lodge an Australian Student Visa are attached).
11. Student’s visa is received within four weeks.
