Business Development Manager (BDM)
Description:
As a BDM you will be working at Hyderabad concentrating on IT Projects. You will handle all aspects of:
* Develop new client accounts for IT business globally.
* Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill
* Get involved in complete process cycle - from start to end
* Handle a small team of recruiters, motivate and mentor them
* Be accountable for revenue targets
* Client relationship management
* Building accounts with Clients needs and ongoing support
* Partnering and identifying opportunities for IT Services project
* Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business
Required Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business development/account management in the Global market.
* Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them
* Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment, multi tasking, and self motivated.
* Should be able to work independently work - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets.
* Expert level technical recruitment skills.
* Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude.
* Power user MSOffice and related products.
PHP DEVELOPER:
The PHP Developer will be working on a small team developing e-commerce web sites and mobile web apps. Apart from usual development duties, the senior developer is expected to be the major contributor to our core libraries (our framework) and is expected to weight the most heavily on architectural decisions.
A PHP and web developer with several years experience under your belt.
Good computer science fundamentals and familiarity with design patterns, object-oriented design, advanced PHP5, high-performance application architecture, modern development tools and practices.
A quick learner who can glean patterns, style and logic from studying another developer's code.
A personable person who's comfortable talking to other developers at different levels of experience.
Required:
* Object-oriented design and programming in PHP5 (REQUIRED)
* MVC architecture
* Major PHP Frameworks like Zend and
* Frontend web technology
- HTML (working knowledge)
- JavaScript, DHTML, Ajax (proficient to expert)
- Responsive design for display across platforms
* Expert in Relational Database (Postgres is a plus)
* Linux
* Source code version control, release management.
Web Designer
We need web designer with 1-4 years of experience in Photoshop, Flash Animation, HTML based layout, DreamWeaver,CSS and JavaScript. Developing website templates, banners and Logos.
Desired Profile
Candidate will be responsible for designing websites and should have a good knowledge of the following web designing tools with a creative bend of mind focused with growth aptitude.
• In-depth knowledge HTML, DHTML, Adobe Photoshop, CSS, JavaScript
• FrontPage & Dream Weaver hands-on experience
• Flash hands-on experience
