Our Chief Growth Officer, 𝗩𝗮𝗺𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗷𝗮𝗹𝗮, conducted an interactive workshop on “𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗩𝗣: 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁.”

A highlight of the workshop was the 𝗔𝗜 𝗖𝗼-𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 / 𝗠𝗩𝗣 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗻𝗮𝗽𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘁, where participants could scan a QR code, answer startup-specific questions, and get structured feedback on their MVP readiness and next steps.

The energy from the Tripura startup ecosystem was inspiring. The session included live polls, Lean Canvas exercises, and practical Q&A with founders and students at different stages of their startup journeys.

AI adoption doesn't happen by simply introducing new tools.

Recently, 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗮 brought this approach to a hands-on AI workshop with 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗰 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮’𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 and N-1s, using real operational data and workflows to explore practical 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲.
The focus was simple: move beyond theory and help teams identify where AI can create meaningful value in their day-to-day work.

For us, this is what practical AI transformation looks like — building capability, encouraging experimentation, and turning technology into something teams can use with confidence.

A hospitality group was managing security across multiple properties. Hundreds of cameras. Constant footage. A small team trying to monitor it all reactively, after incidents had already occurred.

By the time a security event was identified, reviewed, and escalated, the window to respond had usually passed.

We audited the operation. The issue was not the number of cameras, it was the absence of a system that could identify specific behaviours in real time.

We built an 𝗔𝗜 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 that detects behavioural anomalies automatically, generates instant alerts, routes them to the right responder, and maintains a continuous resolution loop without anyone watching a screen.

The team stopped reacting to incidents. They started preventing them.

We were invited to run an 𝗔𝗜 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 for the 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗢 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 from a group of Warburg Pincus portfolio companies.

The brief was a quarterly connect on capability development. What followed was one of the more engaged rooms we have been in.

One participant shared that their annual report which previously took two to three months to produce — was done in one week after using AI for the drafting, structuring, and analysis.

Someone else had already built a tool that maps all board members across current and realised investments, with their external associations, and updates it every time new data is added. These were not hypothetical use cases. These were things people in the room were already doing.

We covered the fundamentals of prompting, how artifacts and dashboards work, how 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 operates differently from chat, skills, connectors, and what it looks like when AI is genuinely integrated into daily workflows rather than used occasionally for a quick question.

The session ended with the group deciding to form an AI sharing channel where they continue exchanging use cases with each other. That, more than anything, tells you the session landed.

𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗜𝗠𝗕𝘂𝗲, we saw firsthand how much an app can actually influence networking.

At an event that size, getting the right people into the room is only half the job. The harder part is helping them find each other. The official IIMBue app we built suggested who to meet based on industry and interest, and more than a few conversations at 𝗜𝗜𝗠𝗕𝘂𝗲 started because someone got a nudge on their phone instead of wandering a hallway hoping to run into the right person.

Beyond networking, watching people use the app between sessions, checking schedules and finding their way between halls, was a good reminder of why we build things the way we do. Simple, useful, no learning curve required.

At our own stall, we swapped the usual pitch for a sixty second AI Challenge game. Over the two days, 120 people from companies across engineering, product, and leadership played it, and the leaderboard on the screen kept pulling more people in as the day went on.

It felt good to walk past the sponsor wall and see the Quantana name up there among some strong names in the room.

Good AI adoption does not look like what most people think it looks like.
