We are looking for a Web Designer who will be responsible for creating great websites for our clients. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for client websites, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our clients' branding. You will be working closely with our web development team to ensure a proper and hassle-free implementation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent visual design skills and be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Web Designer Responsibilities:
Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients.
Testing and improving the design of the website.
Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
Working with different content management systems.

Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
Web Designer Requirements:
A relevant diploma in related field.
Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
Good understanding of content management systems.
Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
Excellent visual design skills.
Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
Creative and open to new ideas.
Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
Excellent communication skills.

Job Description:-
We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Graphic Designer Duties

Your duties as a Graphic Designer will depend on the type of company you work for and the industry they operate in. Some of the more universal duties will include:

Job Summary

* Should be a creative thinker, independent in exploring ideas and direction with strong design and visualization skills.
* Creating design layouts for websites and web apps.
* Proofreading and preparing final designs to be implemented /to print/to go online.
* Expertise in visual design.
* Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives.
* Engage in interface development activities and some coding to support the design of the product.
* Develop front-end, and user-centered designs comprising of web and mobile application design.
* Knowledge in HTML5, XHTML, CSS ensuring a responsive design solution is huge plus.

• Bringing the brief and concept to life based on the client’s needs and vision.
• Keeping budget, time and production constraints in mind.
• Preparing mockups and presenting to clients before deciding on a final design/concept.
• Editing proofs to client’s specifications and getting signoff/approval before finalising artwork.
• Working and collaborating with art directors, copywriters, photographers and other designers.
• Adapting and rolling out approved concepts to various media, above and below the line.
• Adhering to a client’s brand identity and guidelines.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders about progress of projects and any issues that may arise.
• Working with external departments to extend concept and visuals to other internal and external marketing-related material.
• Making sure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format/sizes/colour codes before being sent to press and production facilities.
• Work on multiple briefs at the same time.
