Job Title: Senior .Net Developer/SSE
Job Responsibilities:
· 6 to 8 years of hands on development experience with Microsoft Technologies.
· Excellent understanding of Microsoft technologies:
o .NET framework, C #, ASP.NET, JavaScript / Ajax and XML.
o Proven experience in working with complex web based applications and Frameworks (MVC / MVVM etc.)
· Must have experience of working on large n-tier, distributed, enterprise level applications.
· Must have excellent RDBMS concepts and SQL Server skills.
· Strong Object Oriented concepts and expertise in using and developing Design Patterns Experience working in Agile / SCRUM is a strong plus
· Excellent communication and innovative thinking abilities
· Candidates are required to adhere and enforce the security policies of the organization
Specific Objectives:
- Participate in early life-cycle of the project.
- Propose and review technical design as per specifications.
- Participate in key technical, functional and non-functional discussions actively to contribute to the success of the product
- Provide authoritative advice and guidance to peer Developers across locations on any aspect of technology, design and implementation.
Qualifications Required:
Experience: 6 to 8 years of development experience with Microsoft Technologies (preferably ASP.Net), WCF, Design Patterns, Agile Methodologies & SQL-Server
Qualification: BE / B. Tech / ME / M. Tech / MCA / MSc / MS from Premier Institutes

Job Title: .Net Technical Lead / Architect
Job Responsibilities:
- 8 to 11 years hands on development experience with Microsoft Technologies (C # /ASP.NET,ADO .NET,WCF), Web services, JavaScript/AJAX/JQUERY/DOJO/REST, Markup Languages and T-SQL
- 3 to 4 years proven experience in architecting multi-tier, distributed, internet applications. Expertise on developing highly integrated, high performing and large scale applications would be required.
- Expert level fluency with modern and advanced web-based application technologies
- Well versed with Web application security, Patterns and prior experience in building Secure, scalable and preferment applications.
- Experienced in proposing designs using modeling tools and be thorough with latest trends.
- Passionate and ready to provide technical leadership to a very experienced, geographically distributed and senior software development team
- Advanced level capabilities with multi-phased, 'Agile' development methodologies
- Outstanding presentation, written and verbal communications skills
- Passion for high quality documentation and design artifact creation & maintenance
- Ability to communicate, design rationale and build consensus using modeling tools
- Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems
- Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form
