The 30th International Conference on VLSI Design (VLSID2017), with the theme Technologies for a Secure and Connected World: Cloud Computing and IoE, and the 16th International Conference on Embedded Systems are being held jointly at Hyderabad, Telangana, India, from January 7th to 11th, 2017. You are invited to be a part of this event! The first VLSID Conference was held in 1985 in Chennai, India.
It was a necessary turning point in the future of the technical Industry. It started with only 193 Proceedings along with 29 presented papers and just one presented tutorial. Since then, the conference has come a long way and has grown equilaterally with the VLSI community and has seen the likes of multinational Industries and academic contributors, from around the globe. The numbers speak for themselves and have amplified to ten-fold the initial attendees, proceedings, presented papers and tutorials. Through the years, filling spaces of research by helping exchange ideas and
spreading the knowledge, detailing on the business opportunities and by companies
introducing their offerings, the VLSID Conference has been a key stimulus in
connecting all the aspects needed to grow the industry as a whole. Bringing together
researchers, academicians, industry leaders and regulators in both VLSI & Embedded systems alike, the conference has helped the industry have self-effacing
success. In this ever-growing technical era, the VLSI industry has stayed humble for far too
long; VLSID2017 is going to be the event which ushers upon the epoch of a more
widely connected VLSID community. This year we are trying to revitalize the
Importance of this anonymous trade and go bigger than ever before. This
organization committee is trying to ensure participation in terms of not only quality
but also emphasise on quantity. VLSID2017 is working towards being the channel of
connectivity bringing together students, designers, engineers, technology visionaries
and corporate leaders representing government departments, professional
and trade institutions from every corner of the world.
