This role sits at the intersection of AI cognition, UX design, and behavioral engineering — shaping intelligent, reliable, and human-like AI interactions.

🔹 What You’ll Work On:
Prompt Architecture & Reasoning
• Design structured prompt frameworks for task ex*****on
• Build chain-of-thought & multi-step reasoning flows
• Create decision-focused prompt structures
• Implement self-correction & reflection strategies
Agent Behavior & Communication
• Define agent tone, personality & interaction patterns
• Optimize clarity, trust & usability
• Design multi-turn conversational flows
• Reduce hallucinations & ambiguity
Guardrails & Safety
• Implement refusal logic & safety policies
• Improve reliability & compliance
• Build structured boundary conditions
Performance Optimization
• Conduct prompt A/B testing
• Improve accuracy, latency & cost efficiency
• Monitor response quality & error patterns

🔹 Ideal Candidate:
✔ Experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.)
✔ Strong prompt engineering & reasoning knowledge
✔ Excellent written communication & UX thinking
✔ Familiarity with RAG & tool-augmented prompts
✔ Background in cognitive science / linguistics / psychology / UX (preferred)
