π Education Required:
β’ Graduate or Masterβs Degree in any discipline (Preferred: BBA, MBA, B.Ed., M.Ed., or related fields)
πΌ Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our EdTech Sales & Marketing team. You will be responsible for promoting our cutting-edge educational solutions to schools, colleges, coaching classes, and individual learners. You will also undergo comprehensive product training and be equipped to train customers and partners on the product as part of the onboarding.
π Key Responsibilities:
β’ Promote and sell EdTech products to institutions and individuals in your assigned region.
β’ Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
β’ Generate leads through field visits, social media, calls, and referrals.
β’ Build and maintain relationships with school/college decision-makers and educational consultants.
β’ Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, events, and webinars.
β’ Maintain records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipeline in CRM tools.
β’ Collect feedback and market intelligence to improve sales approach and product features.
π What Weβre Looking For:
β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
β’ Sales-driven mindset with a passion for education and technology.
β’ Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and school visits.
β’ Basic understanding of digital tools (Google Meet, CRM, Excel).
β’ Confidence in delivering training or product walkthroughs to customers.
