🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for someone who’s equally comfortable behind a screen and in front of people—a digital marketer and a people person. This role is a 50% digital / 50% on-ground marketing position, perfect for someone who enjoys social media, SEO, content creation, as well as talking to customers, giving product demos, handling calls, and making field visits.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🔹 Digital Marketing (50%)
• Run campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage content creation: posts, reels, graphics, short videos
• Assist in SEO and basic analytics tracking
• Monitor trends and competitor strategies
• Email marketing & WhatsApp campaign support
🔹 On-Ground/Traditional Marketing (50%)
• Call and follow up with potential customers
• Visit client sites (local travel within Howrah/Kolkata)
• Deliver presentations and knowledge transfer (KT) sessions
• Explain and demo our software/services to clients
• Collect feedback and assist in building customer relations
🔹 Additional Bonus Skills
• Basic knowledge of website development/design (WordPress, HTML/CSS, or design tools like Canva/Figma)
• Can support minor updates or coordinate with developers/designers

✅ Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or customer handling (fresher with strong interest can also apply)
• Proficiency in social media platforms, trends, and tools
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Fluent in Hindi and Bengali (must-have)
• Comfortable in making field visits and speaking with clients
• Knowledge of digital tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or Meta Ads is a plus
