A smart and passionate motion graphic designer with a strong and diverse
portfolio. You re passionate about animation storytelling and in creating a
visually cohesive and well-designed experience. You re comfortable asking
questions, interested in the Ed-tech space, and looking to create user-centered
experiences.
You will-
Work closely with the creative team, key stakeholders and the marketing
teams to understand the requirements of the brief/campaign, develop concepts, iterate quickly, and ship designs across digital platforms.
Design creatives using graphics, animations, video/film footage, stock imagery and photography.
Organize and ensure delivery of projects from pre-production through post-production.
Requirements
1 to 2 years of professional experience in motion design (or relevant experience).
Strong portfolio of motion design, explainer videos, GIFs, character animation etc.
Good understanding of animation timing and key-frames.
Proficiency in After Effects with problem solving abilities.
Strong visual design skills (type, color, layout).
Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Audition.
Basic knowledge of sound design and music editing.
Ability to rapidly visualize and iterate design solutions in a shared environment.
Excellent communication skills.

Experience in working in a collaborative team.
Knowledge of 3D modelling, rigging and animation.
