Revised Guidelines for PAN Application Forms & Proof of Date of Birth
🗓️ Effective from: 01 April 2026

All VLEs are requested to kindly take note of the updated guidelines regarding PAN application forms and acceptable Proof of Date of Birth documents. Please ensure strict compliance while processing applications to avoid rejections or delays.

👉 Review the new guidelines carefully
👉 Accept only valid and updated DOB proof documents
👉 Inform applicants accordingly
