Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Providing accurate, relevant and timely advice on a variety of legal topics related to the business/products of the Company including study if various courts at the District Court, High Court and Special Courts level.

2. Support the business as an integral part of the Legal team.

3. Review, draft, advise and negotiate a wide range of agreements with customers, vendors, partners, content providers, agents, distributors, resellers and other third parties and other complex commercial agreements.

4. Ensuring Legal/Para Legal Compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the organization

7. Designing and delivering legal training to the business.

8. Staying up to date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect your business and specific industry.


This Role Requires:

1) Fair knowledge of Litigation in Courts, Process of filing, follow ups etc.

2) Good research skills to understand implementation of various Laws in the IT Sector.

3) Strong drafting skills.

4) Good in verbal and non-verbal

5) Good in Liasoning with various Statutory Authorities

6) Presentation skills

· The SaaS Project Manager will be responsible for:

· To become an expert in the platform and its integration.

· Developing, maintaining, and revising proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

· Forming and running a team of Frontend, Backend and Fullstack Developers having experience in various coding languages including but not limited to React JS, Python, MySQL, Dot Net + MS SQL, Node.JS, HTML/CSS/Java etc.

· Preparing and presenting detailed project and integration plans with timelines and deliverables to the management and ensure that internal teams are aligned on the plan.

· Project tracking and reporting – you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification.

· Strong communication skills, communicate confidently and authoritatively with a wide variety of stakeholders

· Should possess strong understanding of new age technology, architecture and Dev-Ops and CI-CD process

· Should have managed in past experience cloud architecture-based projects.

· Must have experience in project tracking and reporting

· Good experience within SaaS Project Management is required

“It (DPDP) does not intend to appoint a regulator and create regulation for the data ecosystem. That is down the road when we create a new bill for Digital India Act. This is a bill which narrowly focuses on data protection of consumers,” Chandrasekhar was quoted as saying by PTI.

The government plans to add data regulation norms in a new Digital India Act, said the MoS for Electronics and IT Rajeev Chandrasekhar.
