What’s your biggest career or business challenge right now?
Serious question.
Lately, after speaking with many professionals and founders,
I keep hearing the same themes again and again:
Some are struggling with visibility.
Some with consistency.
Some with direction.
For professionals, it’s often:
• “I’m applying but not getting responses.”
• “I feel stuck in the same role.”
• “I know I can do more, but don’t know how to position myself.”
For business owners:
• “Leads are inconsistent.”
• “Too much manual work.”
• “Growth feels slower than expected.”
And honestly — most of these challenges are more common than people think.
Sometimes the issue isn’t skill.
Sometimes it’s clarity, systems, or positioning.
