About the Job:
A. Job Title:Business Development Manager- Software Sales
We are looking for passionate professional and customer focused individuals who will be responsible for acquiring New Customers and drive revenue goal of the organization.
Specific responsibilities include:
1. Identify the potential segment the product can best cater to.
2. Gather the details of businesses from the identified segments and potential customers.
3. Make Sales call to create business opportunities.
4. Meeting the right stakeholders in the organization.
5. Understand client's nature of Business, the present Business Processes, pain-points if any, future growth plan etc.
6. Gather broad requirements to understand product fitment.
7. Arrange product demonstration.
8. Understand the procurement process and various stakeholders involved, those who impact the purchase decision.
9. Coordinate cross functional team to assess requirement in details and help to decide the final scope.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with different stakeholders.
11. Prepare/Assist the team to prepare proposal.
12. Timely follow-up to ensure sales closure and on-time collection.
13. Develop expertise and product knowledge in the complete suite of products offered.
14. Customer Focused approach to ensure customer delight.
15. Act as SPOC between Client/Prospect and the organization he/she represents

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Must be a graduate in any discipline. MBA Preferred.
• Should have minimum 2-3 Sales experience into IT Product/Software Solution sales.
• Excellent understanding of Domain and Market dynamics.
• Basic Knowledge of Computers (Word, Excel, email & Internet) is a must.
• Key Account management.
• Excellent communication & Presentation Skills.
• Learning Skills.

No of Vacancy: 3
Salary:
Fixed: 3-4 Lacs/Annum + Variables (Incentives)

Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years. Experience in IT Sales/ Software Product Sales Preferred.

Others: Company Mobile, PF, ESI, Local Conveyance

B. Job Title: Tele-Caller (Outbound)
The individual will be responsible for:

1. Making out-bound calls to the prospective customers explaining the product and services offered by the company to generate leads.
2. Contacting existing customers to update latest features & functionalities of the existing product or various other product & services offered by the organization.
3. Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
4. Updating customer information in CRM
5. Closer of sales & Service orders over phone to achieve the set monthly target.
6. Asking relevant questions to understand the customer need.
7. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
8. Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
9. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
10. Work with the cross functional team to fulfil customer demand.
11. Will be responsible to generate sales revenue through tele-sales.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Must be a graduate in any discipline.
• Should have minimum 1-2 years of tele-calling.
• Should be aggressive to generate sales revenue for the organization.
• Excellent communication in Hindi, Assamese and English
• Basic Knowledge of Computers (Word, Excel, email & Internet) is a must.
• Learning Skills.

No of Vacancy: 3
Salary:
Fixed: 1.5-2 Lacs/Annum + Variables (Incentives)
Experience: Minimum 1-2 Years of Tele-Calling experience to generate Sales Revenue for the organization.
