Two days in Kohima, packed with ideas, learning and good energy! We got to be part of a workshop all about Packaging, Branding and Marketing, and honestly, there was a lot to learn, discuss and take back. From packaging that catches your eye to branding that makes you remember a product, the sessions had plenty of interesting conversations and ideas. Add some great people and good energy to the mix, and you have two days well spent.

Hatu Spices was born from a founder’s enthusiasm for India’s diverse spice heritage - especially the rich, distinctive flavors of Northeast India. What started as a curiosity soon became a mission: to bring authentic, responsibly sourced spices from their place of origin to kitchens across the country. Hatu emphasizes sourcing ingredients from regions known for producing them best while supporting farming communities and preserving quality at every step.

Driven by a belief that every spice carries a story of land, culture, and craftsmanship, the founder set out to build more than a spice brand. The vision was to create a bridge between growers and consumers, celebrating authenticity, traceability, and the incredible diversity of Indian flavors. 🌱
