Right Hemisphere is searching for a talented and passionate individual to join our growing team in Guwahati, India (remote applications welcome!). In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in crafting exceptional user experiences for our clients, from design concept to flawless ex*****on on Webflow.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using industry-standard design tools.
Conduct user research and implement usability testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
Develop and implement responsive websites on Webflow, adhering to best practices and design principles.
Maintain and update existing Webflow projects.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in UI/UX design and Webflow development.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Proven track record of designing and developing user-friendly and visually appealing websites.
At least 1 year of experience building websites on Webflow.
Strong understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, etc.).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
