Anniversaries like this one are easy to scroll past. A nice photo, a round number, a quick well done.
But spend five years anywhere and you learn something the milestone itself never shows. You learn what a person is like on the hard days, not just the good ones. Whether they take ownership when something breaks. Whether they make the people around them better or just look out for themselves.
By that measure, Abhay has been exactly the kind of person you want in the building. Reliable when it counted, generous with what he knows, and steady through every change these last five years brought.
Half a decade is a real commitment, in both directions. We are glad he chose to spend it here, and we are looking forward to the years ahead.
