JOB DESCRIPTION
· Number of working days per week – 6
· Process timings: Rotational Shift
· Day to day responsibilities of the employee (in brief)–
The agent will be responsible for handling calls of patients or their attendants calling in from various cities. He/she will then have to reply to those queries in a set format, book Doctor appointments on a portal, comfort the patient in case of emergency, transfer the call to other departments if required etc.
· Specific skill requirement - Computer skills & email writing
· Minimum educational qualification requirement – any graduate (science graduation preferred)
· Gender - Male or Female.
· Age criteria (if any) – 19 to 30
· Language required- Please specify the proficiency level
· English – Excellent
· Hindi - Fluent
Telugu- Fluent
· Preferred work experience
· Total relevant industry experience (BPO/KPO): 0 to 2 Years
· Customer Care Service Experience
Salary - Upto 17,000-19,000 CTC Per Month
