It doesn't take a lot to be a progressive company. 1 small step can make a big change and create an inclusive workplace where everyone is comfortable being themselves.
Last month, on Menstrual Hygiene Day, our HR team decided to roll out a policy that allows women at inFeedo to choose to work from home once a month during their menstrual cycle.
Remove the taboo behind something that's natural and makes us humans. We applaud our HR & People functions for taking a step that propagates healthy discussions in a more open and connected workplace.
