Pat is the chatbot on our website. She also helps users navigate RefractOne, find relevant information, and start the right conversations. She is designed to be clear, unobtrusive, and guiding.

The name is not incidental. Pat is short for Pratibha Mahindru, our Founder and CEO, and reflects a broader belief within RefractOne. We believe that systems that support intelligence and decision-making are shaped by the perspectives behind them.
