inings, CCE capacity building, creating inquiry based learning environments and new technology in education. De Pedagogics has a broad network with educationists who specialize in varied domains and offer guidance and mentorship to meet the needs of the school.

Day 2 | From Vision to Systemic Action
�Day 2 moved learning into action; mapping readiness, surfacing possibilities, and building early leadership roadmaps. Leaders examined where human responsibility must stay, and where AI can support thinking, planning, and decision‑making.
�One principle anchored the day: Processing moves. Responsibility stays.

This day also marked the beginning of a long‑term journey with all 75 CM SHRI Schools, Delhi, taking their first collective step into the officially joining Microsoft Elevate Educator and School Community, focused on empowering educators with Microsoft AI Skills grounded in pedagogy, ethics, and leadership clarity.

We carried forward a shared conviction that AI transformation begins with system change, as we reimagined schools for 2026 and beyond.

AI transformation begins with system change, and here we are, making that happen. What we witnessed was a collective intent taking shape.

The focus was on mindshare and mindset shift through dialogue and inquiry. School leaders reflected on purpose‑led leadership, future‑ready pedagogy, and the role of AI as a thinking partner. Perspective came from conversations.

When Pedagogy Leads and AI Amplifies: Preparing Master Facilitators for Purposeful Practice

This engagement was the foundation of a cascade model, preparing teachers as Master Facilitators, the first and most critical layer of change. Participants entered the room as early adopters of AI, curious and eager to explore emerging tools. They left empowered with clarity, having learned how AI can be leveraged purposefully, ethically, and meaningfully always led by pedagogy, not technology.

Their enthusiasm to understand why, when, and how AI enhances teaching underscored a powerful shift: from using AI as a novelty to applying it as a deliberate instructional ally. This cohort now carries the responsibility and the confidence to lead others in embedding AI into classrooms with intent, impact, and integrity.

Our sincere thanks to SCERT BIHAR for the opportunity, trust, and partnership in this shared mission of empowering educators for tomorrow’s classrooms.
