We gave Nebula Cloud Studio one real-world engineering problem.

The challenge: develop a comprehensive Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) technical specification for highway bridges in India.

Studio handled the workflow end-to-end:
→ Standards and reference framework
→ Risk-based SHM classification
→ Sensor and instrumentation specifications
→ DAQ, edge and cloud architecture
→ Analytics and alarm protocols
→ Installation and commissioning
→ Operations & maintenance
→ Reporting and documentation
→ Vendor qualification and procurement criteria
→ Final professional deliverables

This is the shift we're building toward with Nebula Cloud Studio: AI that doesn't just answer questions — it executes complex professional work. From a problem statement to structured, usable deliverables.

We're now looking for more real-world engineering, infrastructure, geospatial, environmental, and industrial problems to put Studio to the test.

Nebula is entering its next chapter.

What began as a cloud infrastructure platform has evolved into something much broader: an ex*****on platform for AI, engineering, spatial intelligence, simulation and digital twins.

Today, Nebula brings together Nebula Studio, Cloud Workbenches, Capability Packs, Digital Twin as a Service, Nebula Cloud infrastructure, Virtual GCCs, Centres of Excellence and Managed Outcomes into one connected ecosystem.

Our goal is simple but ambitious: help organizations move from intent to verified technical outcomes—whether they are building AI systems, analysing the physical world, designing infrastructure, running simulations, creating digital twins, operating sovereign environments, or establishing distributed capability centres.

We are building Nebula Cloud for organizations working on difficult, consequential problems across engineering, science, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, geospatial intelligence, research and public systems.

This is not a cosmetic redesign.

It is a clearer expression of what Nebula has become—and where we are going.

The future of enterprise AI will not be defined only by who builds the largest model. It will also be defined by who uses intelligence most effectively.

At Nebula Cloud, we are beginning a new R&D initiative: Studio Models.

Our objective is not to build another general-purpose foundation model or compete in a parameter-count race.

We are taking a more focused approach: developing small, specialised, Studio-native models that can make enterprise AI workflows more economical, private, reliable and effective.

Our first initiative is Studio Router Mini.

It is being designed to help Studio:

* understand the type and complexity of a task;
* select the right models, tools and capabilities;
* minimise unnecessary context and token usage;
* determine when multimodal analysis is genuinely required;
* route work to the most capable and economical ex*****on path;
* validate outputs and escalation decisions.

Our thesis is straightforward:

> You do not need the biggest model to build valuable intelligence. You need the right intelligence in the right system.

Studio will continue to use powerful foundation models where they provide the best capability. But every task should not require the largest model, every document should not be processed repeatedly, and every workflow should not depend permanently on a single provider.

We believe the strongest enterprise AI systems will combine:

small specialised models + open-weight foundations + deterministic tools + governed ex*****on + powerful frontier models when required.

As a bootstrapped company, we want to demonstrate that meaningful proprietary AI can be developed through focused engineering, verified workflow data and disciplined model adaptation—without frontier-scale capital or compute.

We will measure success through outcomes that matter:

* lower cost per completed task;
* fewer unnecessary model calls;
* faster ex*****on;
* stronger privacy and control;
* reliable structured outputs;
* measurable improvements in workflow quality.

That is what we set out to demonstrate with SalesFlow CRM, a functional AI-powered sales workspace created using Nebula Cloud Studio AI Copilot.

SalesFlow brings pipeline management, sales intelligence, alerts, forecasting, and AI assistance into one application.

Agentic AI in Action: From Drone Imagery to Urban Intelligence — Without Manual GIS Processing

We recently completed a proof of concept in Guntur, India, demonstrating how Nebula Cloud Studio can autonomously execute complex geospatial analysis using plain-English instructions.

The Challenge

Process high-resolution drone imagery to generate:
• Individual building footprints
• Land-use and land-cover classification
• Road network segmentation
• Vehicle and tree detection
• Municipal asset intelligence

Traditionally, this requires multiple GIS specialists, separate software tools, manual scripting, repeated data preparation, and extensive quality checks.

The Studio Approach

Using Nebula Cloud Studio AI Copilot inside the Nebula Cloud Workbench, the entire workflow was autonomously planned, orchestrated, executed, validated, and documented by Agentic AI.

The user provided the objective in plain English. Studio handled the underlying geospatial processing pipeline, tool ex*****on, model orchestration, output generation, and audit documentation.

Individual Building Footprints
Instance-level segmentation separated individual structures, including buildings that appeared merged in the source imagery.

Object Detection
Automated identification and counting of vehicles, along with individual tree-canopy and tree-top detection.

Road-network extraction and land-use and land-cover classification for urban planning and infrastructure assessment.

A complete record of the methodology, tools, processing stages, validation checks, and outputs.

High-Fidelity Visual Overlays
Urban features displayed directly over the original drone imagery for inspection, validation, and decision-making.

Structured Municipal Data
Machine-readable outputs suitable for property identification, property-tax assessment, infrastructure inventories, vegetation mapping, and municipal asset management.

The POC demonstrates that advanced urban geospatial analysis does not always require large specialist teams, expensive proprietary workflows, or months of manual processing.

With Agentic AI, municipalities and infrastructure organisations can move from raw imagery to actionable urban intelligence faster, more consistently, and with a fully traceable workflow.

This is not merely AI-assisted GIS.

It is a step toward autonomous geospatial engineering.
