| Meet Aniket Kumar, Solutions Engineer

Some people become part of the office. Aniket becomes everyone’s favourite part of it. 😄

The kind of person who can make you feel at home within minutes, say yes to the most random plans without a second thought, and somehow turn a regular day at work into a story worth remembering.

For Aniket, people are everything. Friends, family, conversations, parties, and most importantly, food! 🍲 He absolutely loves feeding people, and if he’s cooking, consider yourself lucky because you’re definitely getting a plate. 😋

A proud Jharkhand native, Aniket stays deeply connected to his roots. Every Sawan, he makes his way back home and visits Deoghar, keeping his traditions and faith close to his heart. 🙏

And when it comes to food? Put a plate of momo or laphing in front of him and you’ve got one very happy Solutions Engineer. 😂

Always up for a plan. Always ready with a conversation. Always making sure nobody leaves hungry.

Learning Thursday | Growth Isn’t a Department. It’s Everyone’s Job. 🚀

What does it really take for a company to win?

This week’s Learning Thursday was led by Vivek Pratap Singh Rathore, Chief Growth Officer at Ascent, who challenged a common assumption: growth doesn’t belong to the sales or marketing team alone, it’s a collective responsibility.

Through real-world examples of Zerodha and Zoho, Vivek showed how companies can build remarkable businesses without relying on massive marketing or sales budgets. What often makes the difference is something much simpler, and much harder to get right: people working together.

He brought this idea to life with a relay race analogy. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
It’s not enough for every runner to be fast. The race can be won or lost in the handover. A smooth transition, clear communication, trust, and coordination between teams can make all the difference.

A locker-room video further brought home the same point: great teams don't win because of one individual, they win because everyone knows their role, supports each other, and moves towards the same goal.

The takeaway? Every interaction, every handover, every conversation can influence growth.

Because growth isn't a department sitting somewhere in the organisation.
It’s what happens when the entire organisation moves together. 💙
