We are looking for a Quality Analyst (Automation & Manual) for our Meerut Office
Job Summary
• We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer in Manual & Automation Testing.
• Quality Analyst responsibilities include evaluating mobile / web applications & back-end systems.
• He/she needs to analyze the apps and its specifications write and executes tests (manually or with tools), and assists Developers by determining the source of defects.
• He/she needs to find out logical errors, design flaws, bugs after reviewing the features and functionality.
Job Requirements & Skills
• Develop Standards and Procedures to Determine Product Quality and Release Readiness
• Research and Analyze Product Features Being Tested
• Create Test Plans, Document Test Cases, Discover Bugs Within Software
• Perform testing, which may include exploratory, system, regression, compatibility, or integration testing for client-facing products or back-end systems.
• Write, execute, and maintain test cases.
• Keep detailed records of testing procedures and results; communicate these findings to respective stakeholders
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables - ensures the ability to find the bad defects and bugs quickly
• Identify Areas of Improvement
• Strong problem identification and solving skills, Identify Potential Problems Users May Encounter
• Identify, Isolate and Track Bugs Throughout Testing
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycles, Streamline Overall Testing Process
• Research New tools, Technologies, and Testing Processes
• Communicate with Technical and Non-Technical Resources
• Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.
• Work closely with Development and Product Teams
• Act as a lead tester for a project or platform.
• Assist in training new hires.

Technical Requirement
• Perform Manual and Automated Testing
• Experience mobile and Web-Based Testing Applications
• Create an automation framework and scripts using Appium, Selenium
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or another development methodology.
• Conduct regression, smoke and production testing and analyzing the results
• Capable of Using Source Code Repositories
