🏛 The Housologist Story
Every brand has a beginning.
Ours began with curiosity. In 2006, a 27-year-old young man entered the real estate world in Allahabad (now Prayagraj) — not with capital, but with conviction.
He travelled across Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and Lucknow — studying land, understanding cities, and observing growth before it happened and made some transactions.
In 2006, he visited Delhi and Gurgaon for the first time. He saw what others didn’t. He believed Gurgaon would become India’s next growth engine. By 2008, he positioned his brother in NCR.
By 2011, he moved fully to Gurgaon (now Gurugram).
He pitched an idea called “Today India Property.” It did not take off.
But soon after, a similar name emerged in the market.
He didn’t stop.
In 2012, he launched a boutique real estate firm in his wife’s name — LandMovers. He sold his first luxury property in Gurgaon of EMMAR MGF, the DLF and never looked back. He left his corporate career behind.
The Rise
In 2014, he closed his first major luxury deal. He became Principal Consultant for a 15-acre township project in Lucknow — selling across Uttarakhand, UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, North-East, Rajasthan, and Punjab, closing working with a top developer.
In 2015, in Noida, he led the sale of 639 flats in 90 days for a Ghaziabad developer — generating ₹500 Cr ARR for an underwriting firm. His name was a Brand in the market now.
He sold commercial properties in Greater Noida West, Yamuna, and Dwarka Expressway — before these locations became mainstream between 2013 and 2015. He registered with DAMAC in Dubai in 2014, among the few Indian brokers to sell luxury properties in the UAE & Abu Dhabi. He marketed Lodha and Hiranandani in 2014-16. He raised funds for premium developers across Gurugram and Noida. Then came 2016 — demonetization. Big clients were lost.
Capital was impacted. Destiny redirected him to Google India, Gurugram.
Within six months, he proved his DNA again — transitioning from banker to realtor to digital strategist. In 2019, he built his third startup — AdMagneto Media. In 2021, he registered and trademarked Housologist.com. And the vision evolved.
