🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
✅ Develop and implement sales strategies for railway, metro, and infrastructure projects
✅ Build & maintain relationships with clients, consultants, integrators, and contractors
✅ Identify new business opportunities across sectors
✅ Lead proposal development, pricing strategies & contract negotiations
✅ Conduct market analysis & sales forecasting
✅ Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations teams
🔹 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
✔ 5-7 years of experience in OEM product sales (preferably in railways, metro & industrial sectors)
✔ Strong negotiation, communication & stakeholder management skills
✔ Self-motivated, results-driven & adaptable to a dynamic environment
✔ Willingness to travel for business development
