🗑️ Delete Your Skyably Leads Manager Account and Data
If you have used the Skyably Leads Manager app and would like to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
🔐 What Will Be Deleted:
When you request deletion:
✅ Your personal data (name, phone number, role)
✅ Your stored leads and follow-up data
✅ Your activity history and performance logs
✅ Your login and session information
❗What Will NOT Be Deleted:
❌ Basic analytics logs (non-personal, anonymous)
❌ App error logs (retained for 30 days for security)
🔄 Data Retention Period:
Once a deletion request is received:
Your data will be deleted from our servers within 7 business days
You will receive a confirmation once deletion is completed

👥 Who Can Request Deletion?
Only the account owner (registered mobile number holder) can request deletion. If you're part of a business team account, please coordinate with your team admin.
