Like I said in the page description, this website is all about helping people to prepare for interviews- particularly in the field of routing and switching. I know that there are lot of books and videos available to prepare for exams, but all one need is good basic understanding of concepts. I've been thru many technical discussions or rather one to one sessions with organizations like Cisco, HP,
Infosys, Sungard etc. The thing I liked with some of the panelists was that they wanted me to show the problem solving approach rather than giving the right answer. Infact, once I could not even give answers to any of the scenarios but still they offered me. Surprisingly I asked for the reason and they told me that approach to problem solving is what they needed. In many of the cases I troubleshooted which were pending for days- later found that problem was very simple but just that it needed a satellite view to the actual issue. I'd keep on adding questions and later more technical scenario. I am sure you would like it because I've learnt alot after reading the experiences of others and sure same learning would be for everyone including you and me. any suggestions let me know. Enjoy....
