Experience in taking inbound calls of US Customers.
Maintaining record of customer with proper resolutions on their queries.
Troubleshooting based on windows operating systems (Windows & Mac)
Troubleshooting Pop up Issues, OEM calls, Email Issues, Printer calls etc...
Troubleshooting Peripheral devices and ISP related issues.
Must be technically sound.
Immediate Joiners.

CTC: 18000 - 35000 per Month (Depends Upon experience and capability of a person)
Required Experience: 1year or more

Age limit: 18 to 35 years

Shift timings – Night Shift, 5 days working Rotational Week off.

Facility: Free both ways Cab and Meal facility. (Delhi and Gurgaon)

Industry: BPO, Call Centre, IT, ITeS

Functional Area: ITES/BPO/KPO.
