लाल बहादुर शास्त्री का जन्म 2 अक्टूबर 1904, मुगलसराय, उत्तर प्रदेश में हुआ था वह जवाहरलाल नेहरू के बाद भारत के प्रधान मंत्री (1964-66) थे। भारत में ब्रिटिश सरकार के खिलाफ महात्मा गांधी के असहयोग आंदोलन के सदस्य थे उन्हें थोड़े समय (1921) के लिए जेल में रखा गया था।

नेताजी सुभाष चंद्र बोस का जीवन परिचय (Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Biography in Hindi):
सुभाष चंद्र बोस ने अपना जीवन देश की स्वतंत्रता के लिए समर्पित कर दिया। वे भारत के सबसे प्रमुख स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों में से एक थे उनकी बहादुरी, नेतृत्व और देशभक्ति ने उन्हें भारतीय इतिहास में एक अविस्मरणीय व्यक्ति बना दिया। इनके पिता का नाम जानकीनाथ बोस और माता का नाम प्रभावती देवी था उनके पिता एक प्रख्यात वकील थे और उन्हें अंग्रेजों ने राय बहादुर की उपाधि दी थी।बोस ने अंग्रेजो से आज़ादी दिलाने के लिए आज़ाद हिंद फ़ौज का गठन किया उनका मानना था कि उग्रवाद और अपराध ही आज़ादी हासिल करने के हथियार हैं। उनके साथी सैनिकों ने उनकी नीति का समर्थन किया। उन्होंने साथ मिलकर आज़ादी हासिल करने के लिए आंदोलन चलाया अपने देशवासियों के लिए उनका जोशीला नारा था ‘तुम मुझे खून दो, मैं तुम्हें आज़ादी दूंगा’। उनके दूसरे नारे थे जय हिंद और दिल्ली चलो
