Flashback : Meeting of GS AITEEA with MoC.

I think none of you have seen this type of composed meeting in the office sitting in front of a minister. You might have seen people meeting with Minister in walking state and taking snaps to get appreciation. But as it is our own issue, so for us result matters a lot. AITEEA can only gives its honest effort. Rest depends on our batchmates to support those who are genuinely fighting for them.

*Subject: Update on PCAT Review Case led by AITEEA - Important Developments*

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to provide you with an update on the recent developments in the PCAT review case led by AITEEA, which pertains to the matter of Shailendra Singh.

Date: August 21, 2023

*Update: Significant Progress in this Case*

Today marked a pivotal moment in the ongoing PCAT review case (22820) as Mr. Manoj Singh, the esteemed General Secretary of AITEEA, appeared in person before the esteemed judges at PCAT New Delhi. The case was slated for the second half of the day, setting the stage for a crucial session.

*Notable Highlights of the Proceedings:*

*In-Person Appearance:* Mr. Manoj Singh, the General Secretary of AITEEA, made a notable in-person appearance, demonstrating the commitment to the case's proceedings.

*Presentation of Previous Orders:* During the hearing, Mr. Singh informed the Honorable Judges that the CMD of BSNL had been duly served the notice in accordance with the order sheet from the prior hearing. A copy of the receiving was also provided as an evidence.

*Further Process Request:* With professionalism and conviction, Mr. Singh respectfully requested the court's guidance on the subsequent steps in the proceedings, reinforcing the commitment to due process.

*Response from DoT's Counsel who was not party in this case :* The respondent's side, represented by DoT counsel suo motto , presented their perspective, asserting that they had not received the requested documents. The proxy counsel noted that the documents had been given to their junior during the previous hearing.

*Clarity Sought by the Bench:* In response to the respondent's claims, the Honorable bench sought clarification from the DoT's lawyer regarding the situation. The DoT counsel seemed perplexed as he was neither nominated by BSNL nor he was among respondent. Still he was insisting for copy.

*Future Steps:*

Regrettably, given the circumstances and the unsatisfactory response from the respondent's prox counsel, the bench was not content with the current state of affairs. As a result, a revised date for proceedings was assigned.

*Next Hearing Date:* October 10, 2023

The case has been adjourned to the next hearing, which is scheduled for October 10, 2023.

AITEEA remain committed to upholding the principles of justice and ensuring a fair and transparent process for all parties concerned. Your continued support is greatly appreciated, and we will keep you updated on further developments as they unfold.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

With Due Regards
Team AITEEA

Respected Fraternity,
This Independence Day, let's unite and make a promise. It's time to break free from financial worries, reclaim our self-respect, and lighten the load of future uncertainties like resolving our pay loss (22820), securing a standard pay scale, and unlocking improved chances for promotions. Our journey to a better future begins by standing behind our very own association, AITEEA

When the upcoming MV arrives, remember to vote for AITEEA at serial number 4. Together, we'll pave the way towards a brighter tomorrow through unity and the influence of AITEEA.

CHARACTER OF AIGETOA & SNEA ON 22820 :

 This story of pay anomaly commenced from the year 2010 when AIGETOA surrendered 22820 demands for post 2007 batches in writing before BSNL Management.

 AIGETOA leaders denied to give recognition to pay anomaly issue of DR JTOs of 2007 and 2008 and DR JAOs of 2010 batches and tried to mislead it with E2-E3 issue.

 Despite such a betrayal by AIGETOA, DR JTOs of 2007 and 2008 and DR JAOs of 2010 batches vigorously participated in 2013 protest movement led by AIGETOA in the hope that they will get their basic pay anomaly ( 22820 ) resolved and standard pay scale E2, E3 issue settled.

 But the denial of recognition to 22820 issues of these batches and cascading greed of the AIGETOA sabotaged this great mass movement.

 After the downfall of great movement of Direct Recruits in year 2013, the myth and euphoria of 2007 and 2008 batches came to dust as the issue of 22820 was put in coffin.

 This led to the birth of AITEEA in year 2016 and 22820 issue got new life after its vigorous pursuance on various platforms.

 In 2017, AITEEA along with its sister association AIBSNLEA arranged to make a committee on 22820 issue.

 Issue of 22820 was about to resolve by Panda Committee.

 But SNEA used its Majority tag to kill this issue as mentioned by Panda Committee in its final report.

 Panda Committee mentioned in Committee report that majority association SNEA is threatening to demand pay loss for all (irrespective of their eligibility) if it is settled for JTO batches of 2007 & 2008 and DR JAOs of 2010 batches.

 Thereto in 2nd MV, SNEA lost the Majority tag due to the revenge of JTOs of 2007 and 2008 batches for sabotaging their 22820 issue.

 AITEEA received approx same number of votes through which SNEA lost the election.

 In year 2020, AIGETOA received Majority status with its promise in MV that it will settle this issue within 6 month when it comes to power.

 After one year of Majority tag, in July’2021, a committee on 22820 was formed on request of AIGETOA to control the damages and in pressure of de-subscription threat of pay loss bearers.

 As the intend of formation of Committee was to save subscription/members, not the resolution of issue, no single meeting of Committee held till date. The same was confirmed by Estb Cell of Corporate Office..

 In another development in March’ 2023, Sh Vivek Kumar Singh, AGS, AIGETOA lost a case on 22820 in PCAT on technical grounds. This shows the intend and casual approach of AIGETOA on our issue.

 AIGETOA did not become party in this case otherwise this case would not have been dismissed on the technical ground. This shows their double standards against our issue.

 In MT case, AIGETOA became direct party in PCAT but for 22820 case they left our batchmate Vivek to fight alone in the same court.

 No single protest was called by AIGETOA on 22820 issue in its Majority Regime whereas after declaration of MT result, a protest was immediately called within 2-3 days.

 If you cannot use your Majority status for the resolution of issues of your members, there is no reason for continuation of such a tag.

Conclusion:
a. Both SNEA & AIGETOA had left no stone unturned to sabotage our genuine 22820 issue.
b. Due to these two sister associations only, we are facing pay loss of approx Rs. 30,000 per month apart from other peripheral losses.
c. Therefore there is no reason for continuation of reliance on these two associations who have precise betrayal history.
d. Believe on your strength and decide who stands with your issue.
