Job Description

Complete Field Work.
Candidate would be travelling to customers location to rectify the faults installation in network, last mile connectivity.

Role and Responsibility:

Responsible for fault finding rectification of field complaints in Optic Fiber Cable.
Maintenance of fiber cable last mile connectivity.
Installation of the ONT OFC laying Installation of service.
Customer premises up gradation.
Updating system.

Responsibility

Wi-Fi Router configurationSwitch configuration Splicing OTDR handling Cable pulling ( On Field Job )
Should have a two wheeler.
Basic Splicer Knowledge (Optional)
Should be willing to work in flexible timings.
Should have a flair for customer service.
Ready to work in the field support team.
