CreedAlly turns 7 today. 🥂👇

Thank you - before anything else.

To the team. The developers, the support people, the ones who fixed things at midnight without being asked, the ones who stayed when the work was hard, and the recognition was quiet. You are the reason clients come back.

To every client who trusted us with their site. The ones who gave us a chance when we were two years old and barely known.

The ones who are still here seven years later. The ones who referred us without us asking. None of this exists without that.

To the WordPress community. This one goes deep.

We built everything we have on top of code that nobody owns. Every plugin we've shipped lives on WordPress.org - free, open, maintained by people who could have charged for it and chose not to.

The WordCamp rooms, the Slack threads, the forum answers at 11 pm from someone who owes you nothing. Seven years of running a business on top of that infrastructure, and we still find it remarkable.

WordPress is not a product. It is a project that millions of people decided was worth their time. For the people, by the people - that phrase gets said a lot. It is also just literally true. The CMS that powers 43% of the internet was not built by a corporation following a roadmap. It was built by contributors who showed up because they cared.

That is the context CreedAlly grew up in. It shaped how we think about our work, how we treat clients, and why we keep contributing back to the community, to the codebase, to the people still figuring it out.

It was a refreshing and energising day at CreedAlly.

We paused our usual routines and celebrated together through a Boho Art painting session. 🎨 It wasn’t about one canvas or one outcome, it was about many ideas, many creations, and one united team spirit.

Each team member worked on their own artwork, bringing personal creativity, unique perspectives, and individual expression to life. And yet, the real masterpiece wasn’t just the paintings, it was the collaboration, laughter, encouragement, and shared energy across the room.

Different minds. Different styles. Different colors.
But one strong, aligned team.

Activities like this recharge us, strengthen our bonds, and remind us that great work happens when people feel connected and inspired.

We missed a few folks who were working from home and we’re definitely looking forward to having them join us at the office for the next event. 🙂
