Today I was going thorough Economic Times it’s surprised me that, IT companies recruitment or hiring patterns could change. Due to this Campus Recruitment may reduce to 60 percent compare to last year.
Now companies are focusing more on Soft Skills and Leadership Qualities and equally Technical Skills.
Few Months back there was an article published in TOI that,` Non- Tech Graduates Replace Engineers’ were it clearly said the demand for Tech graduates reduced by 40 percent compare to last year. By this we can assume that hiring techniques or pattern of companies changing rapidly.
It’s very disappointment to say that, after investing average of 7 – 8 lakhs to complete Technical Graduate and 4 - 5 lakhs for Non Tech Graduate which will not provide secured employment.
In this current situation it is mandatory for both segments (Tech and Non Tech) to go for proper and recognized certification programs which will equip them with required skills and employment which companies looking from the students.
