1> english comprehension excluded at prelims stage(no change in aptitude test..same as 2014)
2> english marks will be added in mains stage with paper of 100 marks(not just a qualifying paper)
3>last attempt for candidate who gave upsc in 2011(last year 2 attempts were increased)
4>seats increased by 105
5>essay marks decreased to 20
