🤝 Building with Webliska — partnerships, JVs, hiring, and the open invitation.

If you've read this far on our page, you're probably either a customer, a curious founder, a potential partner, or someone job-hunting in software. This post is for the last three.

🤝 PARTNERSHIPS WE'RE OPEN TO

JV / Affiliate partnerships:
We pay 30-50% commissions on most products via JVZoo, WarriorPlus, and our direct affiliate program. Top affiliates earn $20K-$100K annually promoting Webliska products. If you have an audience of small business owners, marketers, agencies, content creators, or e-commerce store owners — there's a fit somewhere in our 20-product catalog.

Reseller/white-label:
Several of our products (CleverlyBox, ContentRyte, Flaxxa Wapi agency tier) support white-label reselling. Agencies in India, Africa, SEA, and the Middle East run entire client books on our infrastructure under their own brand. Margin: typically 60-80% on top of our wholesale price.

Integration partnerships:
If you build complementary software (CRM, e-commerce platform, marketing tool) and want to integrate with our products — we ship API documentation, technical support, and co-marketing. Reach out.

Distributor / regional partnership:
We're actively looking for regional partners in Latin America, Africa (Francophone + Lusophone), Eastern Europe, and Central Asia. Lifetime-pricing software is even MORE compelling in cost-sensitive markets. If you have local presence and language fluency, talk to us.

💼 HIRING

We're remote-first, distributed across India, EU, and a few US team members. Active openings (rolling):
✓ Senior backend engineers (Node.js, PHP, Python — depending on product)
✓ Frontend developers (React, Vue)
✓ AI/ML engineers (LLM integration, RAG, prompt engineering)
✓ DevOps / SRE
✓ Product designers (need someone who actually understands SaaS UX)
✓ Customer success (multilingual: especially Spanish, Arabic, French, Portuguese)
✓ Content marketing & technical writing
✓ Affiliate manager
✓ Growth marketer (paid + organic)

What working at Webliska is like:
✦ Remote-first, async-friendly, no Bay Area pretension
✦ India-cost-base salaries with global market alignment
✦ Long product timelines (we ship updates monthly, not weekly heroics)
✦ Real ownership: small teams per product, you'll own significant scope
✦ No fundraising drama, no quarterly board reports, no growth-at-all-costs pressure
✦ Profitable company = job stability, no sudden 30% layoffs
✦ Deep customer focus: most days you'll talk directly to actual users

🎓 BUILDING YOUR OWN PRODUCT?

If you're a solo founder or small team building something in the SaaS / AI / marketing-tech space, and you want to learn how lifetime-pricing economics actually work — we love these conversations. We'll share what we've learned (the parts that worked AND the parts that didn't) with no expectation of anything in return.

We've shipped 20 products. Most of them were good. A few were great. A handful failed and were quietly retired. The lessons from all of them are available to anyone who asks.

📊 The numbers nobody asks about (but should) — Webliska by the numbers.

Most software companies obsess over MRR (monthly recurring revenue) because that's what makes investors smile. We've built differently, so our scoreboard looks different.

Here's what 9 years of Webliska looks like in numbers:

👥 CUSTOMERS
90,000+ active customers across our product portfolio
~50 net-new customers per week (organic + word-of-mouth)
Multi-product customers (own 2+ Webliska products): 31%
Most-loved products by NPS: Flaxxa Wapi, Flaxxa AI, ContentRyte
Customer countries: 180+ (basically every country with internet)

🌍 GEOGRAPHY (top 10 by lifetime revenue)
1. India (35% of revenue) — natural fit, lifetime-pricing model resonates
2. United States — second largest, especially for our agency-tier products
3. Pakistan, Nigeria, Bangladesh — high-growth emerging markets
4. UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt — Middle East cluster
5. United Kingdom, Canada, Australia — English-speaking Western
6. Germany, France, Italy, Spain — European market via translation

🛠️ Why we still maintain a 2018 product (and what it says about how we treat customers).

A common pattern in SaaS:
1. Launch a product
2. Charge monthly
3. Year 3: launch a "new and improved" version
4. Force customers to migrate (and pay again)
5. Quietly sunset the original
6. Repeat

We've never done this. Will never do this.

Every Webliska product since 2017 is still actively maintained:
✓ VideoMan (2018) — still ships updates
✓ ViralDashboard (2019) — still ships updates
✓ LeadsFynder (2020) — still ships updates
✓ Flaxxa product line (2021-2026) — actively shipping
✓ Kartivo, ContentRyte, CleverlyBox (2024-2026) — flagship development
✓ + 14 other products

Why?

REASON 1 — Customer trust is the only moat in lifetime-pricing software.
The moment we sunset a product or force a "v2 — pay again" migration, every future customer learns we're not actually selling lifetime — we're selling "until we feel like rebuilding." That assumption kills the entire model.

REASON 2 — Maintenance is a small fraction of original development cost.
Building VideoMan in 2018 was a 6-month, 5-person engineering project. Maintaining it now is a few engineering hours per month, mostly security patches and dependency updates. The economics of "keep maintaining" are favorable indefinitely.

REASON 3 — Existing customers refer new customers.
When a 2019 VideoMan customer recommends Flaxxa Wapi to their friend in 2026, they say: "Webliska software just keeps working." That single sentence is worth more than any ad campaign.

REASON 4 — Active products = ecosystem moat.
20+ products that all integrate, all share design language, all use the same login. A new customer who buys Flaxxa AI is two clicks away from Flaxxa Wapi, ContentRyte, or VideoMan. The ecosystem itself is a sales engine.

REASON 5 — It's the right thing to do.
You paid us. You trusted us. We owe you continued maintenance. End of philosophy.

What "actively maintained" means in practice:
✦ Security patches within 48 hours of disclosure
✦ Dependency updates monthly
✦ Browser/OS compatibility kept current
✦ Customer-requested feature improvements (when they make sense)
✦ Bug fixes responded to within 72 hours via support
✦ Major version updates included free for lifetime customers

What it does NOT mean:
✦ We won't pivot a product into something completely different
✦ We won't paywall existing features behind "premium tiers"
✦ We won't force "upgrade or be sunset" choices

If you bought a Webliska product in 2018, 2020, or yesterday — your access is yours, forever. The product gets better, not worse. The price stays at zero (you already paid).

This is what lifetime pricing actually means.

🎬 THROWBACK — VideoMan, our 2018 launch that taught us everything about lifetime pricing.

Some of you have been with us since 2017-2018. You'll remember VideoMan.

It was one of our first products at scale: a complete video hosting + marketing + player platform. Edit, record, host, embed, market your videos — your own or your clients' — at $67 ONE-TIME.

This was 5 years before "AI video" became a category. Way before Synthesia and HeyGen existed. Way before Pictory.

But it solved a real problem: businesses spending $97/month on Wistia, $200/month on Vimeo Pro, $250/month on a host of tools that didn't talk to each other. VideoMan compressed all of that into a single one-time payment.

What we learned shipping VideoMan:

LESSON 1 — Lifetime customers stay loyal forever, but only if you keep shipping.
We've updated VideoMan dozens of times since 2018. Customers who paid $67 in 2019 are STILL using it in 2026. They've never paid us another dollar — but they've referred us hundreds of customers across our other products. The lifetime relationship pays back in goodwill 100x.

LESSON 2 — One-time pricing forces product discipline.
You can't slap on bad features and hope to charge more next year. You either ship a product good enough that customers don't regret the purchase, or you don't. There's no monthly fee covering up gaps.

LESSON 3 — The economics work if you stack products.
A single $67 lifetime customer doesn't justify huge ongoing investment. But that customer often becomes a $27 Flaxxa Wapi customer + $37 Flaxxa AI customer + $49 CleverlyBox customer + $99 ContentRyte customer = $279 in lifetime customer value across the portfolio. Multiply that by 90,000 customers, and the math works.

LESSON 4 — Customers remember the founding values.
We've launched 20+ products since VideoMan. Every single one is one-time pricing. Customers KNOW. They've trained themselves to trust that "if it's a Webliska product, no monthly bill." That trust is the moat.

VideoMan is still active, still shipping updates, still serving customers. It quietly powers video marketing for thousands of businesses. We never sunset it. We never paywalled it. We never "sunset, replace with new product, pay again" rugged it.

The reason any product on Webliska is priced lifetime is because of what we learned from VideoMan in 2018: build software customers OWN, not rent. Every subsequent product follows the same principle.

If you've been with us since the VideoMan days — thank you. You know exactly what kind of company this is. If you're new — welcome. The same principles apply to everything we ship.

📧 SPOTLIGHT — CleverlyBox: the email marketing platform that replaces 20 SaaS subscriptions with one $49 lifetime payment.

Email marketing is one of the most over-subscribed software categories on earth.

The "modern email stack" most marketers run looks like this:
❌ Mailchimp / ActiveCampaign / ConvertKit (the "main" ESP) — $20-$200/month
❌ Mailgun or SendGrid for transactional — $20-$90/month
❌ Lemlist or Instantly for cold outreach — $59-$99/month
❌ IPwarmup or Warmupinbox — $29-$69/month
❌ Hunter.io for lead finding — $34-$129/month
❌ Jasper or Copy.ai for email copywriting — $39-$99/month
❌ ZeroBounce or NeverBounce for list cleaning — $39-$200/month
❌ AWeber on the side because some lists need it — $19-$150/month

We've audited this stack hundreds of times in customer conversations. Average monthly total: $300-$700. Some serious agencies pay $1,500+/month.

5-year cost at $400/month: $24,000.

CleverlyBox replaces all of it for $49 ONCE.

WHAT'S BUILT IN:
✓ Email marketing platform (replaces Mailchimp / ActiveCampaign / ConvertKit / AWeber / GetResponse)
✓ Transactional sending via 13 provider integrations (Amazon SES, Mailgun, SendGrid, Postmark, your own SMTP)
✓ Cold email + outreach (multi-domain, multi-account rotation)
✓ IP / domain warmup (pre-warmed dedicated IPs included)
✓ AI copywriting (campaign drafts, subject line variants, body copy)
✓ Email list verification + cleaning (bounce filtering, spam-trap detection)
✓ Affiliate email support (most platforms ban this — we explicitly support it)
✓ Multi-domain sending (most charge per domain — we don't)
✓ NO SMTP required (one-click setup, or BYO sending provider)
✓ Dedicated, pre-warmed IPs (99.99% inbox delivery)
✓ Unlimited subscribers, unlimited campaigns, unlimited domains

KEY DIFFERENTIATORS:
1. NO LIST GROWTH PENALTY — every other ESP charges you more as your list grows. CleverlyBox doesn't. 100, 100K, 1M subscribers = same $49.
2. AFFILIATE-FRIENDLY — Mailchimp explicitly bans affiliate emails. We don't. Run your affiliate offers without account-suspension fear.
3. BRING YOUR OWN SENDING — connect Amazon SES at $0.10/1K emails (vs Mailchimp's $750/month at scale).
4. AI-OPTIMIZED DELIVERABILITY — smart throttling, send-time prediction, auto-warmup.

REAL CUSTOMER MATH:
Year 1 saved vs Mailchimp at 25K subscribers: $1,151
Year 5 saved: $5,951
At 100K subscribers vs ActiveCampaign: $12,539 saved over 5 years

CleverlyBox: $49. Once.

7,500+ marketers, agencies, and creators have switched. We have email marketing agencies running entire client books on CleverlyBox without losing a single feature compared to their previous stack.

If you send more than 5,000 emails a month, this is one of the highest-ROI software switches available.

📝 SPOTLIGHT — ContentRyte: AI content + Site DNA optimization, built for agencies and serious bloggers.

Most "AI writing tools" treat content like a generic word-blender: feed it a topic, get out 1,500 words of plausible-sounding text, post it, watch it rank nowhere. Google's seen the pattern. Readers have seen the pattern. The whole "AI content" category got commoditized into worthless within 12 months of ChatGPT's launch.

We built ContentRyte differently.

WHAT IT IS:
ContentRyte is an AI content + site-optimization platform that does something most tools skip: it READS your existing site first. It scans your tone, your past topics, your link structure, your audience signals, your authority topics — then generates content that fits YOUR brand voice and competes for YOUR keywords.

Generic AI content tools produce generic AI content. ContentRyte produces content that sounds like YOU and ranks in YOUR niche.

5-STEP SITE DNA WORKFLOW:
1. Connect your site (URL or WordPress credentials)
2. AI scans existing posts, brand voice, link patterns, ranking topics
3. Generates topic clusters tailored to your authority gaps
4. Drafts full articles in your voice, ready to edit
5. One-click publish to WordPress (multi-site supported)

WHAT'S IN THE PLATFORM:
✓ AI Article Wizard — long-form content with site-aware tone matching
✓ 13 video AI models — generate explainer videos to embed
✓ 11 voice engines — turn articles into podcast episodes
✓ 57 language support — localize globally
✓ Built-in AI Detector + Plagiarism Check — verify your content passes Google + AI scrutiny
✓ Multi-site WordPress publish — manage 10+ client sites from one dashboard
✓ Tone trainer — feed it 5 of your best posts, lock the voice
✓ Link planner — auto-suggests internal linking for SEO
✓ Image generation built in — featured images per article

WHY AGENCIES LOVE IT:
The most expensive part of running a content agency is the writers. ContentRyte doesn't replace writers entirely — but it lets one good editor manage what previously required a team of 5. Workflow:

Day 1: Editor connects 10 client sites
Day 2: ContentRyte produces 50 article drafts (5 per client)
Day 3-4: Editor refines, fact-checks, adds custom angle (1-2 hours per article instead of 3-4)
Day 5: One-click publish, 50 articles live

Same volume that used to require 5 writers full-time, now done by one editor.

WHO IT'S FOR:
✦ Content agencies managing 5+ client sites
✦ Bloggers running multiple authority sites
✦ Affiliate marketers running niche blogs at scale
✦ Course creators needing companion blog content
✦ E-commerce stores doing content-led SEO
✦ Coaches and consultants doing inbound marketing

PRICING:
ContentRyte runs lifetime pricing with multiple tiers (FE + tiered upsells). No monthly subscriptions.

WHAT'S COMING:
We just launched the Site DNA scanner. Next 90 days: deeper Google Search Console integration, programmatic SEO templates, and a "competitor gap finder" that suggests articles where your competitor ranks but you don't.

This is the AI content platform for people who actually care about ranking.

🤖 SPOTLIGHT — Flaxxa AI: 20+ AI models, one platform, $37 lifetime.

Here's a question worth asking: how many AI tool subscriptions do you have right now?

Average answer for our customers when they signed up: 6-9.

ChatGPT Plus ($20). Claude Pro ($20). Canva Pro ($13). Jasper ($39). Midjourney ($30). ElevenLabs ($22). Synthesia ($27). Otter.ai ($17). Notion AI ($10). Buffer ($15).

Median monthly: $151. Annualized: $1,812.

Each individual subscription is "only $20-30" so it doesn't trigger your spending alarm. But six of them stacked = real money. And the value-vs-usage ratio for most of these tools is brutal — most people open them 3-5 times a week and use 30% of features.

We built Flaxxa AI to fix this.

WHAT IT IS:
A unified AI workspace with 20+ premium models inside. ONE login. ONE bill (paid once). All the major AI capabilities under one roof.

20+ MODELS INCLUDED:
🟢 GPT-4o, GPT-4o mini (OpenAI)
🟡 Claude 3.7 (Anthropic)
🟣 Gemini Pro (Google)
🔵 Grok 4 (xAI)
🟠 DeepSeek R1
🔴 Mistral Large
🟤 Midjourney
🟢 FLUX
🟣 DALL-E 3, Stable Diffusion.. plus 11 more

7 CAPABILITY AREAS:
🤖 AI Chatbots (45+ pre-built expert bots, custom personas)

🎙️ AI Voice (7 voice engines, 50+ languages, voiceover, TTS)
🤖 AI Avatars (100+ realistic presenters, no filming needed)
📱 Social Scheduler (multi-platform posting, AI captions)

WHY IT REPLACES THE SUBSCRIPTION STACK:
Each Flaxxa AI feature directly replaces a $20-40/month subscription:
✓ AI Writer → replaces Jasper, Copy.ai, ChatGPT (writing use)
✓ AI Image Studio → replaces Canva Pro, Midjourney
✓ AI Video → replaces Pictory, Synthesia
✓ AI Voice → replaces ElevenLabs, Murf
✓ AI Avatars → replaces Synthesia, HeyGen
✓ AI Chatbots → replaces Intercom AI, custom GPTs

02/05/2026

📱 SPOTLIGHT — Flaxxa Wapi: how we ended up rebuilding what Wati charges $588/year for, and selling it at $27.

In 2024 we saw a pattern in our customer conversations.

Indian SMBs, agencies, e-commerce stores, coaches — everyone needed WhatsApp marketing. Everyone was paying Wati ($49/mo), Interakt ($49/mo), or AiSensy ($40/mo) for it. And everyone, when they did the math, hated the bill.

The frustrating part: WhatsApp's official Business API is the same Meta-approved API that those tools use. There's no proprietary tech moat. The price gap is purely business-model.

So we built Flaxxa Wapi.

WHAT IT IS:
- The Official WhatsApp Business API (Meta-approved, exactly the same one Wati uses — same pixel, same templates, same delivery)
- Bulk broadcasting up to 5,000 messages/day, ban-free
- AI chatbot powered by OpenAI (handles "size? price? available?" in seconds)
- Shopify + WooCommerce integration (catalog auto-sync, auto-orders, payment links)
- WhatsApp Catalog with order management
- Agency/reseller panel (manage multiple client brands, white-label)
- Multiple WhatsApp numbers, unlimited contacts, multi-brand
- 30-day money-back guarantee
- India support team, GST invoice

WHAT IT COSTS:
- Wati: $49/mo = $588/year = $5,880 over 10 years
- Interakt: $39/mo = $468/year = $4,680 over 10 years
- AiSensy: $40/mo = $480/year = $4,800 over 10 years
- Flaxxa Wapi: $27. ONCE. Forever.

WHY IT WORKS:
The Official WhatsApp Business API is what Meta provides. Wati and Interakt didn't INVENT it — they wrap it in a UI and charge monthly. We wrap it in a UI and charge once. Same delivery, same compliance, same Meta approval.

Indian buyers who switched: 1,408+ (and counting at ~50/week growth).

Saved per customer: ~$561/year vs Wati = $5,610 over 10 years.

Total customer-side savings since launch: ~$8M conservatively.

REAL CUSTOMER USE CASES:
✦ Boutique owners running auto-replies + catalog sync (Lucknow, Jaipur, Coimbatore)
✦ Agencies managing 3-10 client brands at once via the agency panel (Mumbai, Bengaluru)
✦ Shopify stores connecting their catalog directly to WhatsApp (Delhi, Chennai)
✦ Service businesses (gyms, salons, coaches) doing automated booking via chatbot
✦ Coaches and consultants doing nurture sequences via Flaxxa Wapi broadcast

Free migration if you're switching from Wati / Interakt / AiSensy. 24-hour setup. Zero downtime.

If WhatsApp is part of how you sell, this is the easiest line item to cut from your monthly P&L this quarter.

02/05/2026

💸 Why Webliska built 20 products at lifetime pricing — and refuses to switch to subscriptions.

Real talk. We get pressure to switch to subscription pricing every quarter.

VCs want it (predictable revenue = better valuation). Other founders insist it (the conventional wisdom). Consultants pitch it ("you're leaving money on the table"). Sales people would love to commission off renewals.

We won't. Here's why.

REASON 1 — Subscription pricing creates a perverse incentive against shipping good software.

Once you're on a monthly model, your business depends on customers staying subscribed REGARDLESS of whether you ship value. The whole point becomes friction-to-cancel, not delight-to-use. Look at any SaaS that's been around 5+ years: pricing went up, value went down, "premium tiers" got introduced, customer service got worse. That's the model working as designed.

We don't have that pressure. If we don't ship updates, customers don't pay us less (they already paid). What we DO get is word-of-mouth — and word-of-mouth is the ONLY way a $27 lifetime product economically grows. So we have to be relentlessly good at the product. Always.

REASON 2 — Locking customers in via data hostage is bad business and worse karma.

Subscription pricing works because cancelling = losing your data. Your subscriber list, your campaigns, your automations, your settings — all gone. So you keep paying.

Our customers can stop using our software anytime. Their data stays accessible because they own the access. We can't hold anything hostage. That's a feature.

REASON 3 — Lifetime pricing is sustainable when unit economics actually work.

The math people miss: our infrastructure cost per customer per month is $1-3, not $30. The reason traditional SaaS charges $30-200/month isn't infrastructure — it's sales/marketing/CAC recovery + investor demands.

We've built our business with:
✓ Low customer acquisition cost (mostly word-of-mouth + organic)
✓ No outside investors (no quarterly pressure)
✓ India-based development (cost-efficient engineering)
✓ Multi-product portfolio (20+ products spread risk and increase LTV)
✓ Direct-to-customer sales (no resellers, no commission stack)

The result: our $27, $37, $49, $67 lifetime price points work. Indefinitely.

REASON 4 — Indian and emerging-market businesses deserve better.

The boutique owner in Lucknow, the agency in Lagos, the consultant in Karachi, the e-commerce store in Manila — these are the businesses that move global commerce. They cannot afford ₹4,000/month subscriptions. They CAN afford ₹2,250 once.

Locking out 80% of the world's small businesses with Western SaaS pricing is, frankly, anti-competitive. We're playing a different game on purpose.

REASON 5 — We've already proven it works at scale.

90,000+ customers. 180+ countries. $50M+ processed. 9 years and counting. We're profitable, growing, and not desperate to switch models.

The pricing isn't a marketing gimmick. It's the philosophy.

If you've ever wondered "why is this company's software so cheap?" — that's the answer.

Pay once. Own it. Use it forever.

👋 Welcome to Webliska Technologies — and thanks for stopping by.

We're a 9-year-old software company most people have never heard of, even though our products run quietly inside 90,000+ businesses across 180+ countries.

Here's what we do, in plain language: we build cloud software that's actually useful, then we sell it once instead of charging you every month.

That's the whole pitch.

Sounds simple. It's not.

The default in software is subscription. Investors love it. Founders love it (it's predictable revenue). Sales teams love it (recurring commission). The only people who DON'T love it: customers — who quietly bleed $50, $100, $300 a month forever for tools they barely use, but can't cancel because their data is locked in.

We've been pushing against that default since 2017. Our portfolio reflects it:

✦ Flaxxa Wapi — Official WhatsApp Business API at $27 lifetime (vs Wati's $49/mo). 1,400+ buyers.
✦ Flaxxa AI — 20+ AI models, one platform, $37 lifetime (vs $151/mo subscription stack). 7,500+ users.
✦ ContentRyte — AI content & site-DNA optimization. 13 video models, 11 voice engines, 57 languages.
✦ CleverlyBox — Email marketing + sending platform. $49 lifetime (vs Mailchimp's $20-$1,049/mo).
✦ Kartivo — All-in-one commerce platform (funnels, checkout, members, affiliates).
✦ ViralDashboard — Social scheduling at scale.

We don't take outside money. We don't have a sales team. We don't run aggressive upsells. We build software, charge once, and let customers tell their friends. That's the company.

This page will share product launches, customer wins, behind-the-scenes engineering, the occasional pricing rant, and updates on what we're building next.

If you're a customer — thank you. We see your monthly savings, and we know exactly what they mean.
If you're considering — welcome. Pick the product that solves your problem
