🍽️ *Exploring the Flavours of the Mediterranean!*

The BHMCT students of Rawal Institute of Management conducted an enriching practical session on Mediterranean/Lebanese Cuisine, where they prepared a delectable three-course menu featuring Greek Salad, a traditional Mezze Platter (Baba Ghanoush, Tzatziki Dip, Hummus, and Pita Bread), and the classic dessert Baklava.

The practical enhanced students' culinary skills, presentation techniques, and understanding of authentic international cuisines.

We are immensely proud to share that Dr. Niranjana Soperna, Principal, Rawal College of Education, Faridabad, was invited as a Resource Person by NCERT, New Delhi, for the PAC-approved Five-Day Workshop on the Development of a Learning Resource on the Pedagogy of “The World Around Us” for the Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) at the Preparatory Stage, held from 27–31 July 2026.

Her participation in this prestigious national initiative reflects her academic excellence, professional expertise, and unwavering commitment to strengthening teacher education in India.
