An order entering production does not always mean it is moving.

Between order confirmation and final dispatch, it may pass through multiple operations, machines, departments, teams and quality checkpoints.

At any stage, one unresolved issue can slow the complete order:

• Material has not been issued
• A machine or team is unavailable
• One operation is taking longer than planned
• Quality approval is still pending
• The next department has not received the handover

When these updates remain in registers, Excel sheets, calls or WhatsApp messages, management often discovers the bottleneck only after the dispatch commitment is already at risk.
The important question is not only, “Has production started?”

It is also:

Which stage is currently running?
Which quantity is completed or pending?
Who owns the next operation?
What is causing the delay?
Will the order be ready before the committed dispatch date?

EzeOne Production Management helps manufacturers manage the complete production journey through one connected system:

✅ Define product-wise processes and operation routing
✅ Plan production by machine, department and supervisor
✅ Assign work to responsible teams
✅ Track material issued for production
✅ Monitor stage-wise progress and pending quantities
✅ Record quality checks during the workflow
✅ Track work in progress and finished-goods movement
✅ Identify delays before they affect dispatch

Starting production is only the first step.

Real control comes from knowing exactly where every order is, what is holding it back and what must happen next.

Make every production stage visible, accountable and connected.

The repair is complete.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝.

But for the authorised service centre, the process may still be incomplete.

Was the warranty eligibility verified?
Were the technician’s job notes and photographs submitted?
Was customer confirmation recorded?
Were spare-part requests properly mapped?
Was the paid-repair amount documented?
Is the settlement ready for verification and approval?

When these records are maintained across paper job sheets, phone calls, spreadsheets and separate messages, a completed repair can remain financially open for much longer than expected.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐢𝐧:

• Delayed service-centre settlements
• Repeated requests for supporting documents
• Disputes over repairs, parts or billing
• Limited visibility into pending claims
• Weak service and settlement audit trails
• Unnecessary pressure on service, finance and support teams

Not every settlement delay begins in the Finance department.

Sometimes the required job evidence is incomplete. Sometimes the warranty status is unclear. Sometimes spare-part information is missing. And sometimes the repair has been marked complete without connecting it to the next commercial step.

EzeOne Technologies Warranty & Service Management helps manufacturers manage the complete after-sales journey through one connected workflow:

✅ Register warranties digitally through app, web, QR or call centre
✅ Create service tickets with category, priority and SLA tracking
✅ Validate warranty eligibility before processing the service request
✅ Assign tickets to technicians or authorised service centres
✅ Record technician visits, photographs and job notes
✅ Capture OTP or customer signature for service closure
✅ Manage spare-part requests connected with service jobs
✅ Record paid-repair billing for out-of-warranty services
✅ Track authorised service-centre settlements
✅ Review service performance, turnaround time and product-failure information

The objective is not only to close service tickets faster.

It is to ensure that every completed repair leaves behind a structured digital record that Service, Finance and management can review with confidence.

Because “𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞” should not be the end of visibility.

The service record, supporting evidence, billing and settlement should move forward together.

Give your customers a better after-sales experience while giving your service partners a clearer and more accountable settlement process.

A task can be assigned in a few seconds.

But getting it completed on time requires more than a message, email or verbal instruction.

In many organisations, tasks are regularly assigned during meetings, phone calls or WhatsApp conversations. Everyone understands what needs to be done at that moment—but as the day moves forward, visibility begins to disappear.

Who is responsible for completing it?
What is the agreed deadline?
Has work actually started?
Is another department waiting for it?
Was anyone alerted when the deadline was missed?
Can management see why it is still pending?

A single delayed task may appear small, but its effect can move across the entire business:

• A pending approval can delay a purchase order
• A delayed material request can affect production
• An incomplete quality check can hold up dispatch
• A missed customer follow-up can affect conversion
• An unresolved service task can reduce customer confidence
• A pending collection activity can impact cash flow

Not every delay happens because an employee is careless.

Sometimes ownership is unclear. Sometimes the deadline was never recorded. Sometimes the task depends on another person or department. And sometimes management learns about the delay only after the next process has already been affected.

That is why task assignment alone is not enough.

Every important task needs an owner, a deadline, a visible status and a clear escalation process.

EzeOne Task & KPI Management helps businesses create a structured system for assigning, tracking and reviewing work across teams and departments.

With EzeOne, organisations can:

✅ Create and assign tasks with clear ownership
✅ Define deadlines and track completion status
✅ Monitor department-wise pending and completed work
✅ Generate alerts for overdue or delayed tasks
✅ Escalate pending work to the relevant authority
✅ Map KPIs to users, teams, dealers or departments
✅ Maintain structured task histories for accountability
✅ Generate performance reports for faster management reviews

The objective is not to monitor employees continuously.

The objective is to ensure that important work does not disappear between conversations, departments and daily priorities.

When responsibilities and deadlines are visible, employees know what is expected, managers can identify bottlenecks earlier, and departments can coordinate without repeatedly asking for updates.

Because a pending task does not delay only one person.

It can delay the entire process that comes after it.

The month is over.

Attendance is available. Leave records are updated. Overtime has been recorded. Incentives, advances and deductions are known.

So why is the payroll team still spending days preparing salaries in Excel?

For many businesses, monthly payroll involves collecting information from different files, departments and people:

• Attendance and leave records
• Late arrivals, early exits and loss of pay
• Overtime, incentives and bonuses
• Salary advances and EMI recoveries
• Reimbursements and other adjustments
• PF, ESI, TDS and statutory deductions

Each input may be available—but bringing everything together manually can turn payroll into a time-consuming exercise.

One incorrect formula, outdated file or missed entry can affect an employee’s salary. It can also create additional verification work for HR, Finance and management.

Excel is not the problem.

The real problem is depending on disconnected spreadsheets, repeated data entry and manual calculations for a process that must be accurate every month.

EzeOne HR & Payroll Management helps businesses connect payroll inputs and automate salary processing according to configured salary structures and company policies.

With EzeOne, organisations can:

✅ Define employee salary structures, including basic pay, allowances, incentives and benefits
✅ Calculate the impact of attendance, leave, late marks, early exits and loss of pay
✅ Manage overtime, bonuses, TA/DA and policy-based payroll components
✅ Handle advances, EMI recoveries, deductions and reimbursements
✅ Calculate PF, ESI, TDS and other applicable statutory deductions
✅ Generate payroll reports for better HR and Finance visibility
✅ Reduce repetitive calculations and manual payroll errors
✅ Complete monthly payroll processing faster and with greater control

Payroll should not require HR teams to rebuild the same spreadsheet every month.

When attendance, leave, salary components and deductions work through one connected process, payroll becomes easier to review, more consistent and less dependent on individual files or formulas.

The result is not simply faster salary calculation.

It means clearer payroll records, stronger coordination between HR and Finance, fewer last-minute corrections and greater confidence before salaries are processed.

The month is already over.

Your payroll should be ready too.

A product may leave your factory—but its connection with your business should not end at dispatch.

Once products move through distributors, dealers, retailers, installers and customers, manufacturers often struggle to answer some important questions:

• Is this product genuine?
• Which product or batch is being scanned?
• Where and through which channel was it identified?
• Is its warranty registered or still valid?
• Is it connected to a loyalty reward?
• Does the service team have access to its product history?
• Are duplicate or suspicious claims being submitted?

When products do not have a unique digital identity, authentication,

warranty registration, loyalty claims and service requests may remain dependent on invoices, manual records, serial numbers and disconnected systems.

This makes verification slower and creates opportunities for incomplete records, duplicate claims and inconsistent customer experiences.

EzeOne Technologies Product QR Identity helps businesses give every product a unique QR-based digital identity.

Depending on the configured business workflow, the QR identity can help organisations:

✅ Create a unique identity for product-level recognition
✅ Authenticate products and support genuine-product validation
✅ Connect the product with warranty registration and warranty records
✅ Link the same product identity with loyalty and reward workflows
✅ Associate products with service and support records
✅ Monitor scan activity by product, region and channel
✅ Support QR-based dispatch and product verification
✅ Reduce duplicate or suspicious warranty and loyalty claims
✅ Build better visibility after the product enters the market

The code is not simply a label placed on the packaging.

It can become a digital connection between the manufacturer, product, channel partner, installer and customer.

One product identity can support multiple business processes—from authentication and warranty to loyalty, service and customer engagement.

For management, this means better product-level visibility and stronger control over post-dispatch activities.

For channel partners and customers, it means a simpler way to verify a product and access the relevant workflow.

Because identifying a product should not become difficult simply because it has left the factory.

The real question is:

When your product is scanned in the market, can your system recognise exactly what it is—and connect it with the right business record?

A customer sends an enquiry on :

“Hi, please share the quotation for 500 units.”

The message has reached your employee—but has it reached your business system?

If the enquiry remains only inside an individual conversation, several important questions remain unanswered:

• Who is responsible for responding?
• Has the enquiry been assigned to the right person?
• Was the quotation shared on time?
• When is the next follow-up due?
• Can management see the complete communication history?
• What happens when the employee is unavailable or leaves the organisation?

has become an important communication channel for customer enquiries, quotations, order-related questions, service requests, documents, photographs, reminders and regular business updates.

But when these conversations are disconnected from your and operational workflows, teams may still need to copy information manually, coordinate through calls and depend on individual employees to remember the next action.

This can result in:

❌ Delayed or missed responses
❌ Unclear ownership of enquiries
❌ Incomplete customer communication history
❌ Repeated requests for the same information
❌ Missed follow-ups and business opportunities
❌ Limited visibility for sales and service heads
❌ Excessive dependence on personal WhatsApp conversations

EzeOne WhatsApp Connect helps businesses connect communication with structured business workflows.

With the appropriate workflow configuration, businesses can:

✅ Handle customer enquiries through a WhatsApp bot and guided responses
✅ Connect WhatsApp enquiries with CRM and Lead Management workflows
✅ Assign enquiries to the appropriate sales or support team
✅ Send automated notifications for orders, tickets, schemes and business updates
✅ Use template-based communication for sales, service and operational processes
✅ Connect communication with warranty, dealer and customer-service workflows
✅ Maintain communication logs for better follow-up and visibility
✅ Reduce repetitive and manually coordinated messaging

The objective is not simply to send more WhatsApp messages.

It is to ensure that every important customer conversation becomes a visible, assigned and traceable business action.

Because a message inside WhatsApp is only a conversation.

A message captured inside your system becomes an opportunity that your team can manage.

So, the next time an enquiry arrives on WhatsApp, ask:

Can your system see it, assign it and track what happens next?

11/09/2026

Your business may already have the data.

But can your team turn it into the exact report management needs—without rebuilding another spreadsheet?

In many organisations, operational information is available across sales, inventory, production, service and internal workflows. Yet before every management review, the MIS team still has to:

• Collect data from different departments
• Combine multiple Excel sheets
• Apply formulas, filters and formatting
• Rearrange columns according to the latest requirement
• Identify delayed or pending activities manually
• Prepare separate reports for different managers
• Repeat the entire exercise for the next review

The problem is not always a lack of data.

The real problem is that the available data is not flexible enough for timely analysis and decision-making.

A Sales Head may need performance by employee, territory or period.

A Warehouse Head may need an item-wise or location-wise stock report.

A Production Head may want to identify delayed orders, rejections or pending processes.

Management may need a consolidated view of overdue tasks, pending approvals and operational exceptions.

Every department asks a different question—and one fixed dashboard cannot answer all of them.

EzeOne Dynamic Reports gives authorised users the flexibility to work with available business data according to their reporting requirements.

✅ Create customised reports by department, module, user or time period
✅ Build flexible pivot-style views for different analysis requirements
✅ Filter, group and sort information according to the review objective
✅ Rearrange data to create management-specific reporting formats
✅ Identify delays, rejections, overdue tasks and pending approvals
✅ Export required reports for sharing, presentation or further analysis
✅ Reduce repetitive manual work across Excel sheets
✅ Support faster and more structured management reviews

The purpose is not simply to generate another standard report.

It is to give your team the freedom to explore the available data, change the reporting view and prepare the information required for a particular meeting, department or business decision.

Your MIS team should spend more time analysing the business—and less time repeatedly collecting, copying and formatting the same data.

Because when the data is already available, management should not have to wait for the report.

The data is already there.
Why is the report still being prepared?

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞.

But until the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) is created, the receipt may still be missing from your operational records.

In many manufacturing and distribution businesses, inward material arrives with an invoice, delivery challan, purchase order copy or material-receipt document. The stores team must then read each document and manually enter details such as:

• Vendor name

• Item information

• Received quantity

• Invoice number

• Invoice date

• Purchase order reference

When several deliveries arrive during a busy shift, this manual process can quickly become a bottleneck.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞—𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠.

That delay can affect stock visibility, purchase reconciliation, production planning and coordination between the warehouse, purchase and accounts teams. Repeated manual entry may also result in quantity differences, incorrect invoice references, duplicate records or missing documents.

𝐄𝐳𝐞𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐎𝐂𝐑-𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐑𝐍 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐬 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥-𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬.

The system can use OCR to scan purchase and vendor documents and capture the relevant receipt information required for faster GRN preparation.

✅ Scan invoices, delivery challans, PO copies and material-receipt documents
✅ Capture vendor, item, quantity, invoice number and date details
✅ Match received material against the relevant purchase order, where applicable
✅ Attach scanned documents to the GRN for future reference
✅ Reduce repetitive data entry during inward material receiving
✅ Maintain cleaner and more traceable stores records
✅ Improve purchase-to-inventory visibility and control

OCR does not remove the need for operational validation. It reduces repetitive typing so the stores team can review captured information, verify the received material and complete the GRN more efficiently.

The objective is simple:

𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐝.

If your warehouse receives materials quickly but GRN creation still depends on slow manual data entry, it may be time to automate the missing step.

Book a 20-minute demo to explore how EzeOne OCR-Based GRN Automation can support your purchase, warehouse and inventory workflow.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐚 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥.

It knows which lead requested a callback, which payment is due, which appointment is approaching and which service visit requires confirmation.

But in many businesses, the next step still depends on an employee manually opening each record, reviewing the context, dialling the number and updating the outcome.

One or two calls may be manageable. At scale, routine communication can quickly become a daily operational burden:

• Callbacks get delayed
• Follow-ups are missed
• Reminders depend on individual memory
• Employees spend valuable time repeatedly dialling numbers
• Call outcomes are not consistently recorded
• Managers have limited visibility into pending actions

EzeOne Technologies AI Calling Assistant helps businesses turn system data and scheduled actions into structured voice communication.

𝐈𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

✅ Initiate calls based on callback requests, schedules and pending actions
✅ Use relevant lead, service, order or ticket information during conversations
✅ Make reminder calls for follow-ups, appointments, payments and service visits
✅ Capture call outcomes, notes and updated statuses
✅ Trigger the next action based on the customer’s response
✅ Give managers visibility into call attempts, responses and pending follow-ups

The purpose of AI-powered calling is not to replace your sales or service team.

It is to manage repetitive, scheduled and time-sensitive communication—so your employees can focus on conversations that require judgement, negotiation, problem-solving and relationship-building.

The real advantage is not simply making more calls.

It is ensuring that the appropriate call is initiated at the required time, supported by relevant information, with a clear and traceable outcome.

Your system already knows who needs a call.

03/09/2026

Every task has a deadline.

But assigning a deadline does not automatically ensure that the work gets completed.

In many organisations, tasks are assigned during meetings, phone calls, emails or WhatsApp conversations. At that moment, everyone appears to understand what needs to be done.

A few days later, management begins asking:

• Who is responsible for this task?
• What is its current status?
• Why is it still pending?
• Was the deadline communicated clearly?
• Has the delay been escalated?
• Is the team’s performance being measured against defined KPIs?

When these answers are scattered across conversations, spreadsheets and individual follow-ups, task management becomes dependent on memory.

Managers spend valuable time chasing updates. Employees may remain busy without clarity about ownership. Important work can cross its deadline before management becomes aware of the delay.

Good task management is not about micromanagement.

It is about creating shared clarity:

✅ What needs to be completed
✅ Who is responsible for completing it
✅ When it is due
✅ What its current status is
✅ Which KPI it contributes to
✅ What requires immediate management attention

EzeOne Task & KPI Management helps businesses establish a structured system for ex*****on and accountability:

✅ Create and assign tasks with clear deadlines
✅ Define department-wise task ownership
✅ Track pending, ongoing and completed work
✅ Map KPIs to users, teams, dealers or departments
✅ Generate alerts for overdue or pending tasks
✅ Maintain performance reports for accountability and reviews

The purpose is not simply to identify who missed a deadline.

It is to help teams recognise delays earlier, understand where support is required and ensure that important responsibilities do not disappear between meetings and follow-up calls.

Because when ownership, deadlines and performance are visible, management can review progress with facts—not assumptions.

Every task may have a deadline.

But does every delay have an owner?
