Job Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong client relationships in the staff augmentation space. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, presenting our solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities ➡️ :
Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities in staff augmentation.
Identify, prospect, and build relationships with decision-makers (C-Level, HR, Procurement, Hiring Managers).
Understand client staffing needs and tailor solutions to meet their business goals.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure fulfillment of client requirements.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and report regularly on activity, opportunities, and forecasts.
Attend industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to promote company services.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence.
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
3–7 years of business development experience in staff augmentation, recruitment, or staffing industry.
Strong network of client relationships within [target industries, e.g., IT, healthcare, finance, engineering].
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise-level clients.
Knowledge of contractual staffing models (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire).
Understanding of compliance and legal aspects of staffing and workforce solutions.
