Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive – US Calling Process
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Durgapur, West Bengal, India (Must be fluent in English and familiar with U.S. time zones)
About Us:
We are a fast-growing Website and App development company, specializing in helping U.S.-based businesses build and improve their online presence. We are looking for motivated, professional outbound callers to engage with potential clients, introduce our services, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
1.Make outbound calls to businesses across the United States using provided lead lists.
2.Present and explain our website development or digital marketing services.
3.Identify the decision-makers and set appointments for sales consultations.
4.Meet or exceed monthly call targets.
Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
2. Previous outbound calling, sales, or telemarketing experience is preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
4. Must have a quiet work environment, high-speed internet, and a reliable computer/headset.
5. Familiarity with professional email compose is a plus.
5.Self-motivated and results-driven.
Compensation:
Salary to be discussed during the interview. Base pay fixed plus performance-based commissions after achieving the monthly targets.
Opportunities for growth based on performance.
Work Hours:
9 PM to 6 AM Monday to Friday.
