1.What is black money? ( SBI- Operation Manager)
Ans) income illegally obtained or not declared for tax purposes.
2.What is the cash to GDP ratio of India? (HDFC Bank- Personal Banking)
Ans) In India, it is around 13% due to predominant usage of cash by majority of the population. People of India loves to use cash due to two reason 1) Lack of adequate IT infrastructure and knowledge of how to use. 2)Black Money- People having Black money prefer to use cash as using Plastic Money can be tracked by Tax dept.
3.Which country has the minimum cash to GDP ratio? (ICICI Bank- Regional amanager)
Ans) Sweden
4.What was the percentage of money circulation in terms of 500 and 1000 Rupee note in India before 8th November? ( Kotak Mahindra Bank- Chief Maneger)
Ans) Of this 500 notes accounted for 47.8% in value and 1000 notes another 38.6% together they were more than 86%of the value of the notes.
5.If you are given an opportunity to be paid without doing work what will be your answer? (Ace Technologies- Service Engineer)
Ans) I'll deny it as getting paid without work can Harm my skills and personality and will ruin my career in long term by making myself out Of competition and circle of my colleagues.
6.How will you describe the difference between red and green color to a color blind person? ( Thermax Ltd. -Production and planning)
Ans)If he is colour blind then what is the point in explaining him the difference? He will anyway not understand it.
7.If you are a recruiter whom you will hire, and why? (Jindal Steel & Power Ltd- Safty Officer/Engineer)
Ans)I just see the potential and learning ability and presence of mind.
8.What will be your reaction on seeing a tiger in front of you? (Panasonic Pvt Ltd- Pramoter)
Ans)it depends, if the tiger is in the cage enjoy its beauty. If the tiger is out but not a man eater, it probably may not be so harmful as you thinking, try my best to be cool(frozen)...it might spare me as did Gupi Bagha in Bhusundi Jungle. If a man eater is out I will probably not get time to think at all.
Lesson is, always keep your mobile ready, while in Jungle, not to miss last opportunity to take a selfie with man eater.
9.Tell me about yourself in 5 minutes or less?
Ans)First Greet them, 2) start for your full name, 3) your educational with institute name with year of passing, 4) about your work experience what you have mention in your resume from past to present in short sentence, 5) Last your Family, family consist of mother, father, elder/younger, brother/sister. that's all its yourself.
10.In reverse chronological order share your positions for the last 10 years? (HCL Technologies Ltd-Asset Operations Executive)
Ans)mitted a written proposal with an outline. It answered questions Who, What, When and How. After a couple of iterations, I ended up presenting it to the VP. I worked with an implementation team and we ended up saving the company "x" in money and "y" in time. At the job prior to that, one thing that my resume doesn't mention is that I was a mentor for new hires. I really enjoyed this position because of "a and b". I had a real impact and the people I mentored are now doing very well within the company. I met with these folks once a week for their first month and was just their friend. After the first month, I met with them 1 time a month and our discussions were more goal oriented.
