The Journey of Aakanksha Education Home started in 1992 with academic classes up to graduation for the students who were unable to afford fees in parallel institutes, which used to charge a very high amount of fees. Fortunately, we still cares for our students more than earning money through teaching, hence we have made a fee structure for our courses which is quite affordable. We have also been providing non-formal education to the drop out students, who due to some reason left studies in between. We acted as a bridge for them to resume their studies and become a successful person in their lives. In the year 2002, we made big and wise step to provide education to needful people. We fortunately registered our institution as an national level NGO in the name of Aakash-Aakanksha Educational Society . We have conducted lots of welfare activities for the needful people to provide them education and skills. At present, we are offering several vocational training classes. Our motto is ‘Education is not a business, it’s simply a service’ and we mean it. We have helped n number of students to achieve their goals to live a happier and better life. Our alumni are doing good in their lives and are well settled. All the students who have ever been part of Aakanksha Education home or the ones who are associated with it will be always remain a inseparable part of the institution. We consider the people associated with the institution as a huge family which expands by every passing day. Aakanksha Education Home is one of the oldest and best institute in East-Delhi and its been 25 years now being in the noble profession of teaching. In today’s world computers and smartphones have become an inseparable part of our lives, without which one can not even image their live.
