𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲
The customer was facing increasing issues with their aging console server:
▪︎ Slow HMI response times
▪︎ Limited storage capacity
▪︎ Obsolete hardware creating reliability concerns
An upgrade was needed—but with minimal disruption to production and without impacting operator familiarity.

We proposed a complete replacement of the obsolete console server and monitor, combined with secure VPN connectivity to enable remote support.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
➝ Complete hardware replacement was completed on Day 1.
➝ By the end of Day 2, the press was back in production
➝ Through the VPN connection, software loading and parameter management were seamlessly handled
➝ The operator interface remained unchanged, eliminating the need for any retraining.
