💻 Desktop Support Engineer – Job Profile (₹15k–₹20k Salary Range)
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot Windows OS issues, software errors, and application problems
- Set up and manage email accounts (Outlook, Office 365, etc.)
- Provide support for LAN, Wi‑Fi, and basic networking
- Install and update antivirus, patches, and security tools
- Handle printer configuration, scanner issues, and shared devices
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs
- Assist users with password resets, login issues, and basic IT queries
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets
🎓 Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
- Understanding of Active Directory, user creation, and permissions
- Familiarity with remote support tools
