Another year about to end, a year full of emotions, experiences, learnings, growth, this proved a year to learn a lot in terms of business, growth, and saving water.

Dosing pumps highly rely on the chemical stored in the containers, which are always filled manually. We all understand, there are huge chances of manual negligence due to which the pumps work even after the chemical is finished. This leads to 2 issues, one being the pump can get damaged because of dry running. Secondly, the operation and mixing of chemicals at the right intervals gets disturbed leading to improper mixing of chemicals. This can lead to a decrease in the quality of products being manufactured.

Seeing these issues, we have developed a system to control dosing pumps in a highly efficient manner and reduce the chances of failure because of human negligence. This system controls the pump automatically with alerts at dual-level stating "ALERT LEVEL" and "EMERGENCY LEVEL".

Here are the products:
1. AQUA - DPA: Dosing Pump Automatic Controller - Turns off dosing pump when the chemical tank goes empty, and restarts ones the tank is refilled.

2. AQUA - SLDPA: Dosing Pump Automatic Controller with Alert Mechanism - Turns off dosing pump when the chemical tank goes empty, but starts an alert buzzer to alert user nearby.

3. AQUA - DLDPA: Dosing Pump Automatic Controller with dual Alert Mechanism - As the chemical goes below a set level, an alert buzzer alerts user to refill the tank. If the user refills, the buzzer gets reset. Otherwise if the tank goes empty, the dozing pump is turned OFF and an emergency alert starts.
