Job Description:
As a business development manager candidate will be solely responsible to define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals for the financial growth of the company. To achieve this, you would need to contact potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future. The candidate should manage existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction through feedback's and follow ups.
Job duties
1) Find out new clients for Digital Marketing, Website designing App designing Content Marketing Online Reputation Management
2) Identify enquiries within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. 3) Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
4) Research and build relationships with new clients.
5) Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
6) Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
7) Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiation.
8) Understand the company's goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company's performance.
Experience:
Preferably having 1 - 2 Years of experience in Business Development (Lead Generation) in IT industry.
