We are hiring a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our Marketing team in the IT Hardware industry. Based in Naraina, New Delhi, this is a full-time, on-roll position requiring 4–8 years of experience. The role involves managing key client relationships, driving business growth, and coordinating closely with internal teams.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of IT hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, routers, storage
devices).
Strategic thinking and account planning.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to work with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
Preferred Background
Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Experience in IT hardware sales or account management.
Certifications (optional but beneficial): CompTIA A+, vendor certifications (e.g.,
Cisco, Dell EMC).
